【摘要】：目的:通過分析前牙全瓷修復患者的個人的基本情況、人格特征,探討患者個人的情況和其人格特征與修復后滿意度的相關(guān)性,以及期望值對滿意度的影響。方法:選擇在新疆醫(yī)科大學第六附屬醫(yī)院口腔科進行前牙全瓷修復患者120例,通過個人基本情況調(diào)查表、艾森克人格問卷表、期望值調(diào)查表、滿意度調(diào)查表進行問卷調(diào)查,并采用?2檢驗、方差分析、相關(guān)分析等統(tǒng)計學方法進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:1.前牙全瓷修復患者的期望值由高到低依次是美觀效果、色澤效果、外形效果、咀嚼功能、語言功能、自信增強、面容改善、舒適性,F檢驗各分項期望值之間差異無顯著性(F=0.531,p0.05)。2.前牙全瓷修復患者的滿意度由高到低依次是美觀效果、色澤效果、外形效果、自信增強、面容改善、語言功能、咀嚼功能、舒適度。滿意度各分項統(tǒng)計學差異無顯著性(2?=2.82,p0.05)。3.前牙全瓷修復患者的期望值與患者的性別、年齡分組、婚姻情況、居住地、文化程度、職業(yè)、家庭收入(月收入)、居住區(qū)域、對全瓷修復體的了解程度有相關(guān)性(p0.05)。4.前牙全瓷修復患者的滿意度與患者的性別、年齡、年齡分組、婚姻情況、居住地、文化程度、職業(yè)、家庭收入(月收入)、居住區(qū)域、對全瓷修復體的了解程度有相關(guān)性(p0.05)。5.患者N值與美觀效果滿意度、色澤效果滿意度和總滿意度有相關(guān)性(p0.05)。6.前牙全瓷修復患者期望值與滿意度在美觀效果、色澤效果、外形效果方面具有相關(guān)性,且呈負相關(guān)(pO.05)。結(jié)論:1.前牙全瓷修復患者的人格特征對診療過程中的滿意度和期望值都有影響。2.前牙全瓷修復患者的診療過程中的滿意度與期望值呈負相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the basic situation and personality characteristics of the patients with anterior tooth all-ceramic restoration, and to explore the correlation between their personality characteristics and post-prosthetic satisfaction. Methods: 120 patients with anterior dental all-ceramic restoration were selected from the Department of Stomatology of the sixth affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. Satisfaction questionnaire questionnaire, and used? (2) data analysis by statistical methods, such as test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, etc. Results: the expected values of all porcelain restoration patients with anterior teeth from high to low were aesthetic effect, color effect, appearance effect, mastication function, language function, etc. There was no significant difference in the expected values of each item in the F test. The satisfaction degree of the patients with anterior tooth all-ceramic restoration was aesthetic effect, lustre effect, appearance effect, confidence enhancement, facial appearance improvement, the order of satisfaction was aesthetic effect, lustre effect, appearance effect, confidence enhancement, facial appearance improvement, and so on. Language function, masticatory function, comfort. 2.82% p0.05 .3.The expectation of the patients with anterior tooth all-ceramic restoration is related to the patient's sex, age group, marital status, place of residence, education level, occupation, family income (monthly income, living area, etc.), There was a correlation between the degree of understanding of all ceramic prostheses and the satisfaction of patients with anterior tooth all-ceramic restoration and their sex, age, age group, marital status, place of residence, education level, occupation, family income (monthly income, living area, living area). There was a correlation between the degree of understanding of all-ceramic prosthesis and the satisfaction of aesthetic effect, the satisfaction of color and lustre and the total satisfaction. 6. The shape effect is relevant, Conclusion: 1. The personality characteristics of patients with anterior all porcelain restoration have influence on the satisfaction and expectation during the diagnosis and treatment. 2. There is a negative correlation between satisfaction and expectation in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with anterior all porcelain restoration.
