【摘要】：本文旨在通過對(duì)李東垣的學(xué)術(shù)思想的研究以及其治療內(nèi)傷脾胃病方劑進(jìn)行整理分析,為臨床治療脾胃疾病提供參考。通過查閱李東垣著作《內(nèi)外傷辨惑論》《脾胃論》,探討了李東垣的主要學(xué)術(shù)思想,論述了李東垣對(duì)內(nèi)傷脾胃病的認(rèn)識(shí)及治療,并對(duì)其治療內(nèi)傷脾胃病的34首方劑進(jìn)行了分析,將此34首方按主治病因分為五類,即勞役所傷,酒傷,藥傷,飲食傷及情志所傷。其中治勞役所傷方4首,治酒傷方2首,治藥傷方3首,治飲食傷方22首,治情志傷方3首。得出以下結(jié)論:1、李東垣治療內(nèi)傷脾胃病以補(bǔ)益脾胃為主,多法參用,每服量輕,多用丸散。2、李東垣治療勞倦所傷以大量黃芪為君,配伍炙草、人參等。氣機(jī)升降失常者,或配升柴,或伍陳皮。3、治療飲酒所傷者以上下分消之法。常用葛花、豬苓、茯苓、雄黃、巴豆等。4、治療藥傷者,強(qiáng)調(diào)因其寒熱以治之。常用益智仁、白豆蔻、生姜、生地、黃連等。常用藥對(duì)有益智仁與白豆蔻,生地與黃連。5、治飲食傷脾胃時(shí)多用枳實(shí)、白術(shù)、神曲、柴胡、升麻等;寒飲食所傷多用豆蔻配伍半夏,熱飲食所傷者多以黃芩配伍黃連。6、治療情志傷及脾胃時(shí),多用麥芽,柴胡,陳皮,半夏等,理氣順氣與助脾運(yùn)化并用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to analyze Li Dongyuan's academic thoughts and the prescription for treating internal injury of spleen and stomach disease. To provide reference for clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. By referring to Li Dongyuan's works on Internal Trauma, the Theory of spleen and stomach, this paper probes into Li Dongyuan's main academic thoughts, and discusses Li Dongyuan's understanding and treatment of internal injury, spleen and stomach diseases. The 34 prescriptions for treating internal injury of spleen and stomach were analyzed. The 34 prescriptions were divided into five categories according to the main cause of treatment, that is, labor injury, alcohol injury, drug injury, diet injury and emotional injury. The following conclusions can be drawn: 1. Li Dongyuan's treatment of internal injury of spleen and stomach is mainly to replenish the spleen and stomach. More pills powder. 2, Li Dongyuan treatment tired injury with a large number of astragalus as a monarch, mixed with grilled grass, ginseng and so on. Those with abnormal Qi rise or fall, or add wood, or Wu Chen Pi. 3, the treatment of the injured drinking above the method of elimination. Commonly used Pueraria, Polyporus, Poria cocos, Realgar, Croton, etc., treatment of wounded patients, emphasizing that because of its cold and heat to treat it. Commonly used Yi Zhiren, white nutmeg, ginger, green land, Coptis, etc. Common medicine to have benefit Zhiren and white nutmeg, raw land and Huanglian. 5, when treating diet injury spleen and stomach, more use immaturus, macrocephala, etc. Shenqu, Bupleurum, Shengma et al; cold diet injury with nutmeg combined with Pinellia ternata, hot diet injury with Scutellaria and Coptis. 6, when treating emotional injury to spleen and stomach, more use malt, Bupleurum, Chen Pei, Pinellia ternata and so on.
