【摘要】：目的:ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證的核心是對(duì)已經(jīng)獲得ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士資格證(或培訓(xùn)合格證)的ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士間隔一定時(shí)間后再次進(jìn)行有效的評(píng)價(jià),以期進(jìn)一步提高ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士的專(zhuān)科能力。因此建立與之相適應(yīng)的延續(xù)認(rèn)證評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)提高ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士的的核心能力及綜合素質(zhì)有著不可或缺的作用。由于新疆少數(shù)民族語(yǔ)言溝通的特殊性,及去內(nèi)地高成本等問(wèn)題,因此在新疆開(kāi)展對(duì)ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建與研究具有更加現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。目前國(guó)內(nèi)尚未開(kāi)展ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證,沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。本研究旨在對(duì)ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證的機(jī)構(gòu)、認(rèn)證形式、間隔時(shí)間和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行探討,確立統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范的ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證指標(biāo),為新疆地區(qū)開(kāi)展ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證提供理論參考依據(jù)。方法:本研究在查閱文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用德?tīng)柗品ê蛯哟畏治龇▽?duì)來(lái)自不同領(lǐng)域的28名專(zhuān)家進(jìn)行了三輪專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún),綜合專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn)進(jìn)行篩選,確定ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證指標(biāo)體系的指標(biāo)及其權(quán)重,并檢驗(yàn)其邏輯一致性。結(jié)果:本次研究所選專(zhuān)家具有良好的地域代表性和廣泛的學(xué)科代表性,且三輪問(wèn)卷有效回收率均達(dá)到89%以上。各專(zhuān)家對(duì)指標(biāo)的權(quán)威系數(shù)均在0.75以上,說(shuō)明權(quán)威性較高,對(duì)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)均建立在理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)之上進(jìn)行的。三輪專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)均大于0小于1,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)后具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說(shuō)明專(zhuān)家意見(jiàn)較集中,協(xié)調(diào)性較好。經(jīng)層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,指標(biāo)體系的層次單(總)排序一致性檢驗(yàn)均滿(mǎn)足邏輯一致性要求,說(shuō)明各級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重具有科學(xué)性和客觀性。結(jié)論:本次研究,初步確定了以自治區(qū)護(hù)理學(xué)會(huì)為主、專(zhuān)科護(hù)士培訓(xùn)基地為輔的ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu),延續(xù)認(rèn)證形式包括繼續(xù)教育學(xué)分認(rèn)證、理論考試、臨床技能操作、文獻(xiàn)綜述、理論試講,間隔時(shí)間為三年。以及由6個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),22個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)、54個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)所組成的ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。所構(gòu)建的ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士延續(xù)認(rèn)證和考核評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系可為ICU專(zhuān)科護(hù)士的延續(xù)認(rèn)證和考核評(píng)價(jià)提供理論參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the core of continuing certification for specialized nurses in ICU is to evaluate effectively the ICU specialist nurses who have obtained the ICU specialist nurse certificate (or training certificate) after a certain interval of time. In order to further improve the specialized ability of ICU specialist nurses. It plays an indispensable role in improving the core competence and comprehensive quality of ICU nurses. Due to the particularity of communication among minority languages in Xinjiang and the high cost of going to the mainland, Therefore, it is of more realistic significance to construct and study the index system of continuing certification for ICU specialist nurses in Xinjiang. At present, there is no extension certification for ICU specialist nurses in China. The purpose of this study is to discuss the organization, form, interval time and evaluation index system of ICU specialty nurse continuance certification, and to establish a unified evaluation index system. The standard ICU specialist nurse continuance certification index provides the theoretical reference for carrying out the ICU specialty nurse continuing certification in Xinjiang. Methods: this study is based on the literature review. Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), 28 experts from different fields were consulted for three rounds of expert consultation, and comprehensive expert opinions were selected to determine the index and weight of ICU specialist nurse continuing certification index system. Results: the experts selected in this study have good geographical representation and extensive discipline representation, and the effective recovery rate of three rounds of questionnaires is above 89%. The authoritative coefficient of each expert on the index is above 0.75. The results show that the evaluation of the indexes is based on the theoretical basis and practical experience. The coordination coefficient of three rounds of expert consultation is more than 0 < 1, which is statistically significant after examination, indicating that the expert opinions are more concentrated. Through AHP to determine the weight of each index, the index system of the hierarchy single (total) ranking consistency test all meet the requirements of logical consistency, indicating that all levels of index weight is scientific and objective. Conclusion: this study, We have preliminarily determined the ICU specialized nurse continuing certification organization, which is based on the Autonomous Regional Nursing Society and supplemented by the specialized nurse training base. The forms of continuing certification include continuing education credit certification, theoretical examination, clinical skill operation, and literature review. Try to talk about the theory, The interval is three years. And the evaluation index system of ICU specialist nurse continuing certification and evaluation is composed of 6 grade one indexes, 22 second class indexes and 54 third grade indexes. The index body of continuing certification and evaluation of ICU specialist nurses is constructed. The department can provide theoretical reference for the continuing certification and evaluation of ICU specialist nurses.
