【摘要】：《醫(yī)門法律》是我國第一部全面探討醫(yī)德規(guī)范的專著,為清初名醫(yī)喻昌闡述臨床辨證論治之法則,揭示臨床診治之禁律的力作。該書共六卷,卷一論四診治法則,申《內(nèi)經(jīng)》及《傷寒論》治病之律例;卷二至卷六論中寒、中風、熱濕暑三氣等外感內(nèi)傷雜病的證治、方藥、律例。論文結(jié)合喻昌所在時代,及他本人的坎坷經(jīng)歷,對《醫(yī)門法律》的醫(yī)德思想進行剖析,指出諸如得出"為醫(yī)門立律立規(guī)"、"醫(yī)者篤于情"、"醫(yī)為人之司命,不精則殺人"、"當為自訟之醫(yī)"等醫(yī)德思想,析理透徹,有法有律,令人深思。論文還指出《醫(yī)門法律》重視揚棄前人醫(yī)德思想。書中記敘了歷史上諸多醫(yī)學大家的醫(yī)德箴言、醫(yī)德理論和醫(yī)德實踐,在醫(yī)學價值、醫(yī)生修養(yǎng)、醫(yī)德養(yǎng)成和醫(yī)德評價等方面也有諸多論述。論文認為《醫(yī)門法律》在臨床醫(yī)德體系的構建上采用以"論、法、律"結(jié)合的方式,以"論"支撐醫(yī)德思想,以"法"落實醫(yī)德思想,以"律"規(guī)范醫(yī)德思想的實踐,這種體系化的醫(yī)德思想,有利于醫(yī)德思想落實到具體的臨床診療中,指導臨床并保證診療操作。論文對《醫(yī)門法律》理論缺陷和時代局限性進行了評述,指出《醫(yī)門法律》醫(yī)德規(guī)范講得多,也頗完備,但如何用法用律不夠,同時指出佛學價值導向太多地影響了醫(yī)德取向。論文提出《醫(yī)門法律》醫(yī)德思想對當今醫(yī)院醫(yī)德醫(yī)風建設和中醫(yī)藥文化核心價值觀建設具有指導意義。以"規(guī)范"落實抽象的醫(yī)德理念,以"診治戒律"預防醫(yī)德越軌行為,有利于醫(yī)務人員戒除空談,達到知行合一,實現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)德思想與臨床實踐的結(jié)合,從而培養(yǎng)醫(yī)德高尚的醫(yī)務人員,提高中醫(yī)服務質(zhì)量。2016年《中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展"十三五"規(guī)劃》再次的將弘揚中醫(yī)藥文化作為重點,強調(diào)要提煉中醫(yī)藥文化核心價值和精神實質(zhì),構建具有中國特色和中醫(yī)特點、行業(yè)特征并體現(xiàn)時代精神的中醫(yī)藥文化核心價值觀�！夺t(yī)門法律》中的醫(yī)德思想是中醫(yī)藥文化核心價值觀的重要體現(xiàn)。研究和發(fā)掘《醫(yī)門法律》中的優(yōu)秀醫(yī)德思想對整理和闡發(fā)中醫(yī)藥文化核心價值觀,弘揚我國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,豐富和創(chuàng)新醫(yī)學倫理學學科內(nèi)容,改善醫(yī)院醫(yī)德醫(yī)風有理論意義和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:The law of medicine is the first monograph in China that comprehensively discusses the norms of medical ethics. Yu Chang, a famous doctor in the early Qing Dynasty, expounded the principles of clinical dialectical treatment and revealed the prohibitive laws of clinical diagnosis and treatment. The book consists of six volumes, one volume and four rules of diagnosis and treatment. Shen Neijing and the Treatise of febrile febrile Diseases; the second to sixth volumes on the syndromes, prescriptions, laws and regulations of external internal injury and miscellaneous diseases, such as cold, stroke, heat dampness and summer heat, etc. The paper combines Yu Chang's time and his own rough experiences. This paper analyzes the medical ethics thought of "the law of medicine", points out that the moral thought of medical ethics, such as "establishing laws and regulations for the medical profession", "the doctor is obedient to the feeling", "the doctor is responsible for his life, if he is not good at it, he kills", and "when he is a self-litigant doctor", he has a thorough analysis of the reason and has laws and regulations. The paper also points out that "the law of medicine" attaches importance to sublimating and abandoning the thought of medical ethics of predecessors. The book describes many medical ethics maxim, medical ethics theory and practice, in medical value, medical cultivation, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, medical ethics, and medical ethics. The paper points out that the thought of medical ethics is of guiding significance to the construction of medical ethics and core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture in today's hospitals. "the implementation of abstract medical ethics, The prevention of deviant behavior of medical ethics by "the precepts of diagnosis and treatment" is beneficial to the medical personnel to abstain from empty talk, to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice, to realize the combination of excellent medical ethics and clinical practice, and to train the medical personnel with noble medical ethics. In 2016, the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of traditional Chinese Medicine once again focused on carrying forward the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, emphasizing on refining the core value and spiritual essence of the culture of traditional Chinese medicine, and building up features with Chinese characteristics and traditional Chinese medicine. The core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture embodied in the characteristics of the industry and the spirit of the times. The thought of medical ethics in the law of medicine is an important embodiment of the core values of Chinese medicine culture. Study and explore the excellent medical ethics thought in the law of medicine. To collate and expound the core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture, It is of theoretical and practical significance to carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture, to enrich and innovate the subject contents of medical ethics and to improve the medical ethics of hospitals.
