【摘要】：目的:對(duì)比通氣散合通竅活血湯加減輔助西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療與單純西醫(yī)治療在治療突發(fā)性聾疾病上是否存在療效差異。方法:選取2016年1月~2016年12月于我院住院治療的突發(fā)性聾患者156例,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組79人和對(duì)照組77人。對(duì)照組給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,試驗(yàn)組在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予通氣散合通竅活血湯加減治療,比較兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果:對(duì)照組在治療聽力損失方面的有效率為92.20%,試驗(yàn)組在治療聽力損失方面的有效率為94.94%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。對(duì)照組在耳鳴、眩暈方面的有效率分別為60.81%、72.73%,試驗(yàn)組在耳鳴、眩暈方面的有效率分別為91.67%、93.33%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:通氣散合通竅活血湯加減在輔助西藥治療突發(fā)性耳聾上可提高耳鳴、眩暈方面的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effect between routine treatment of ventilation and Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and western medicine alone in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods:. From January 2016 to December 2016, 156 patients with sudden deafness who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the experimental group was treated with ventilation, dispersing Qiaoqiao and activating blood circulation decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment. Results: the effective rate in the treatment of hearing loss in the control group was 92.20, and the effective rate in the experimental group was 94.94 in the treatment of hearing loss, which was statistically analyzed. The effective rates of tinnitus and vertigo in the control group were 60.81 and 72.73, respectively. The effective rates of vertigo were 91.67 and 93.33, respectively. Conclusion: the treatment of sudden deafness by western medicine can improve the clinical effect of tinnitus and vertigo.
