【摘要】：目的:以組織環(huán)境為視角,針對(duì)影響名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效因素的復(fù)雜性,深入研究組織環(huán)境因素對(duì)知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響機(jī)制,說明組織環(huán)境及其相互運(yùn)動(dòng)如何影響中醫(yī)知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新以及名醫(yī)工作室的發(fā)展。本課題通過收集數(shù)據(jù)并采用定量研究方法深入探析名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效與組織環(huán)境的關(guān)聯(lián)性,充分考慮名醫(yī)工作室團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)成果及人才培養(yǎng)的評(píng)價(jià)。為促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥知識(shí)傳承及提高名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效給予指標(biāo)性建議,同時(shí)也為相關(guān)部門、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)制定相關(guān)政策提供了有益的視角。方法:以江浙滬地區(qū)名醫(yī)工作室名老中醫(yī)藥專家、負(fù)責(zé)人、繼承人為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過郵寄問卷的方式,回收301份有效問卷。利用SPSS 19.0軟件對(duì)問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、信度和效度分析,并運(yùn)用LISREL8.70對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因子分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程建模,驗(yàn)證假設(shè)模型的合理性。結(jié)果:揭示了組織環(huán)境因素對(duì)名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響機(jī)制,構(gòu)建了組織環(huán)境因素影響名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新的概念模型,并用于實(shí)證研究,對(duì)理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,優(yōu)化提升名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的實(shí)踐。結(jié)論:組織環(huán)境因素對(duì)名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效有顯著影響。其中,醫(yī)院政策環(huán)境對(duì)知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效有直接和間接影響;國(guó)家政策環(huán)境通過團(tuán)隊(duì)文化氛圍和傳承分享意愿間接影響知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新績(jī)效�？梢詮耐晟泼t(yī)工作室政策、醫(yī)院組織進(jìn)一步細(xì)化支持名醫(yī)工作室的政策措施、塑造有利于名醫(yī)工作室知識(shí)傳承創(chuàng)新的組織文化環(huán)境、提升名老中醫(yī)傳承分享知識(shí)的意愿四個(gè)方面提出相應(yīng)的策略。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the influence mechanism of organizational environment factors on knowledge inheritance and innovation performance from the perspective of organizational environment, aiming at the complexity of factors affecting knowledge inheritance and innovation performance in famous medical studios. This paper explains how organizational environment and their mutual movement affect the knowledge inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of famous doctors' studio. This paper deeply analyzes the achievements of knowledge inheritance and innovation in famous doctors' studios by collecting data and adopting quantitative research methods. Relevance to the organizational environment. Fully consider the academic achievements of the famous medical studio team and the evaluation of talent training. In order to promote the knowledge transmission of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the knowledge innovation performance of the famous medical studio to give index suggestions, but also for the relevant departments. Medical institutions to formulate relevant policies to provide a useful perspective. Methods: Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai medical studio name of the old Chinese medicine experts, responsible persons, heirs as the survey object, through the way of mail questionnaire. Three hundred and thirty one valid questionnaires were collected. Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis were carried out with SPSS 19.0 software. LISREL8.70 is used to validate the data and model the structure equation. Results: the influence mechanism of organizational environment factors on knowledge inheritance and innovation performance of famous medical studio was revealed. This paper constructs a conceptual model of organizational environmental factors influencing knowledge inheritance and innovation in famous medical studios, which is used in empirical research to verify the theoretical hypothesis. Conclusion: the organizational environment factors have a significant impact on the knowledge inheritance innovation performance of the famous medical studio. The hospital policy environment has direct and indirect influence on the performance of knowledge inheritance and innovation. The national policy environment indirectly affects the knowledge transmission innovation performance through the team culture atmosphere and the inheritance and sharing willingness. It can further refine the policy measures to support the famous medical studio from perfecting the policy of the famous medical studio and the hospital organization. In order to create the organizational culture environment conducive to knowledge transmission and innovation in the famous medical studio and promote the willingness to inherit and share knowledge of famous Chinese medicine the corresponding strategies are put forward.
