【摘要】：目的:為維吾爾語腭裂患者術后語音理解度的評估,提供一種客觀的輔助判別手段。方法:從維吾爾族兒童跟讀語音語料庫中選取150名正常兒童語音,其中隨機選擇120例作為訓練數(shù)據(jù)用于識別模型的建立,選擇30例作為測試數(shù)據(jù)(正常組)。從維吾爾族腭裂術后患者跟讀語音語料庫中選取30名腭裂術后腭咽閉合不全患兒的語音資料(患者組)。提取訓練數(shù)據(jù)的語音特征參數(shù),使用隱馬爾科夫模型工具包建立語音識別模型,將此模型對腭裂患者術后語音理解度的自動評估結(jié)果與3名專家的主觀評估結(jié)果進行比較。結(jié)果:基于隱馬爾科夫模型的語音識別模型對正常語音的正確識別率較高(91.28±3.60%),對腭裂術后語音正確識別率較低(35.94±11.67%),差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。自動評估結(jié)果與作為金標準的主觀評估對腭裂患者術后語音理解度的評估結(jié)果之間相關系數(shù)為0.848,具有高度的相關性。結(jié)論:基于隱馬爾科夫模型的維吾爾語腭裂患者術后語音理解度自動評估可以作為主觀評估的輔助手段,對腭咽閉合功能的判斷提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the speech comprehension of Uygur patients with cleft palate. Methods: 150 normal children were selected from Uygur children's phonetic corpus. Among them, 120 cases were randomly selected as training data to establish the recognition model. 30 patients were selected as test data (normal group). 30 children with palatopharynx incompetence after cleft palate operation were selected from Uygur cleft palate patients' following speech corpus (patient group). Extract the speech feature parameters of the training data. Using Hidden Markov Model Toolkit to build speech recognition model. The results of automatic assessment of postoperative speech comprehension of patients with cleft palate were compared with the subjective results of 3 experts. The correct recognition rate of speech recognition model based on Hidden Markov Model is higher than that of normal speech (. 91.28 鹵3.60). The rate of correct speech recognition after cleft palate surgery was 35.94 鹵11.67). The correlation coefficient between the results of automatic assessment and subjective evaluation as gold standard for postoperative speech comprehension of patients with cleft palate was 0.848. Conclusion: the automatic evaluation of speech comprehension of Uygur cleft palate patients based on Hidden Markov Model can be used as a supplementary method for subjective evaluation. To the palatopharynx closure function judgment provides the certain reference.
