【摘要】:2014年末至2015年初爆發(fā)的倒奶殺牛事件再一次將中國乳業(yè)推到社會公眾輿論的風口浪尖,中小型養(yǎng)殖戶在巨大壓力下紛紛退出,國際資本趁機逐鹿中國奶業(yè)市場。同時,消費者對中國乳品企業(yè)的信心缺失,導致乳品消費市場持續(xù)走低,倒奶殺牛事件表面看是原奶過剩、成本倒掛所致,其實,深層次的原因是中國乳制品加工環(huán)節(jié)對違規(guī)使用工業(yè)大包裝還原乳的失控和默許;同時,當國產(chǎn)乳制品還沒有擺脫2008年三聚氰胺事件的信任危機時,國內(nèi)一些乳品企業(yè)明知道國家要求使用還原乳為原料需要在產(chǎn)品標識中加以標注,還蒙蔽消費者,冒天下之大不韙;還原乳在某種程度上成就了國外奶粉在中國市場的肆虐蠶食,有業(yè)內(nèi)人士稱還原乳將成為下一個三聚氰胺。內(nèi)憂外患的形勢倒逼中國乳業(yè)升級,而乳業(yè)升級需要建立在超強的競爭優(yōu)勢基礎(chǔ)上,乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢是一個多階段、多主體、多中間變量的復雜系統(tǒng),在這一系統(tǒng)中影響乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的核心要素之間既存在直接關(guān)系又存在間接關(guān)系,在間接關(guān)系中存在調(diào)節(jié)變量與中介變量,中介變量有時還不止一個。因此,乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢系統(tǒng)是一個有調(diào)節(jié)的多重中介系統(tǒng),需要能夠處理復雜關(guān)系的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,而已有的研究成果多數(shù)構(gòu)建簡單結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系,模型顯得過于簡單,對于乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的研究顯得過于抽象,對于變量之間關(guān)系的研究缺乏深度。本文站在全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈視角下,依托我國大型乳品企業(yè),以乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的提升為研究對象,從企業(yè)軟實力與硬實力以及軟硬實力相互作用機理等方面研究我國乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的提升。第一分析了乳品企業(yè)目前的行業(yè)背景以及競爭態(tài)勢,明確闡明我國乳品企業(yè)進行全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈創(chuàng)新的必然性;第二梳理了全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢、企業(yè)軟實力、企業(yè)硬實力的相關(guān)理論;第三挖掘了企業(yè)軟實力與硬實力的關(guān)系以及與乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢提升的關(guān)系;第四構(gòu)建基于企業(yè)軟實力與硬實力的乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈三階段模型;并對理論模型提出相關(guān)假設(shè);第五結(jié)合乳品企業(yè)特征以及相關(guān)學者的研究設(shè)計了 16個測量變量和44個題項,以此為基礎(chǔ)進行了問卷調(diào)查;第六本文在調(diào)查問卷收集整理的基礎(chǔ)上進行了問卷的信度和效度分析,并對模型中各變量之間的關(guān)系進行檢驗,根據(jù)實證研究的結(jié)果得出如下結(jié)論:(1)第一階段的環(huán)境要素、元軟實力以及第二階段的軟實力、硬實力、資源要素對我國乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢有直接的正向影響作用;(2)第二階段的軟實力、硬實力、資源要素做為中介變量間接對乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)生作用;(3)單獨某一變量對乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的影響在有其他變量介入的時候關(guān)系會變得更加復雜,這也說明了乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的復雜性;(4)為了能夠更加形象的說明乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的系統(tǒng)性,從企業(yè)內(nèi)部、外部構(gòu)建乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢螺旋式上升系統(tǒng)。以期對中國乳品企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的提升具有一定的理論與現(xiàn)實意義。

At the same time, the lack of confidence Chinese dairy enterprises lead to consumers, dairy consumer market continued to decline, pour milk cow incident surface is caused by excess cost of raw milk, upside down, in fact, the deeper reason is China dairy processing steps of the illegal use of industrial packaging reduced milk out of control and acquiescence; at the same time, when the crisis of confidence in domestic dairy products can not get rid of the melamine incident in 2008, some domestic dairy companies know that countries require the use of the reduction of milk as raw materials need to be marked on the product label, also deceive consumers, against the world; the achievements of foreign milk milk reduction to a certain extent Chinese powder raging in erode the market, insiders said reduced milk will become the next melamine. The situation forced Chinese domestic trouble and foreign invasion and dairy dairy upgrade, upgrade needs to establish competitive advantage based on strong competitive advantage, the dairy enterprise is a multi-stage, multi subject, multi variable complex system, there are both the direct relationship between the key factor affecting the dairy enterprise competitive advantage in this system and there exist indirect relationship, moderator and mediator in the indirect relationship, sometimes more than one intermediary variable. Therefore, the system of competitive advantage of dairy enterprises is a multiple mediation system regulation, structural equation can solve complex relationship the model requires, and most of the existing research results to build a simple structure, the model is too simple, especially study on the dairy enterprise's competitive advantage is too abstract, Study on relationship between variables, lack of depth. This paper from the perspective of the whole industry chain, relying on China's large dairy companies, dairy enterprises to enhance competitive advantage as the research object, research on competitive advantage of China's dairy enterprises from the enterprise soft power and hard power and soft power interaction mechanism of the first analysis of the promotion. At present, the dairy enterprises in the industry background and competitive situation, the necessity of China's dairy industry makes clear the whole industry chain innovation; second combed the whole industry chain, the competitive advantage of enterprises, enterprise soft power, theory of enterprise hard power; third mining relations to improve relations between the enterprise soft power and hard power and dairy enterprises the competitive advantage of the enterprise; fourth construction of soft power and hard power of dairy enterprises based on the competitive advantages of the industrial chain of three stage model; and put forward some relevant assumptions of the theoretical model; Fifth based on the characteristics of dairy enterprises and related experts to design 16 measurement variables and 44 items, based on the questionnaire; Sixth this paper collected in the questionnaire on the basis of the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire, and to examine the relationship between the change in quantity according to the empirical model, the research results are as follows: (1) the first stage of the environmental elements, soft power, soft power element and the second stages of hard power, resources have direct positive influence on China's dairy enterprises competitive advantage; (2) the second phase of the soft power, hard power, resources as an intermediary variable the dairy enterprises competitive advantage; (3) a single variable of the dairy enterprise's competitive advantage effect when there are other variables involved in the relationship will become more complex, it also shows that the dairy enterprise. The complexity of the internal structure of competitive advantage; (4) system in order to more vividly illustrate the dairy enterprise's competitive advantage, from the enterprise internal construction, dairy enterprises competitive advantage spiral outside the system. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance to enhance in order to Chinese dairy enterprise competitive advantage.
