借鑒中國經(jīng)驗促進貝寧共和國的創(chuàng)業(yè)

  21世紀(jì)各國都面臨著經(jīng)濟增長、企業(yè)經(jīng)營創(chuàng)新和新就業(yè)機會增加的問題。這些問題對社會和國家有重大影響。事實證明,創(chuàng)業(yè)是影響西非和世界其他國家地區(qū)面對的主要問題因素之一,為減少失業(yè)、提高國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值和貢獻減輕貧困。由于缺乏創(chuàng)業(yè)精神和充分參與創(chuàng)新及有利可圖的活動,西非青年無法靠自己的創(chuàng)造力生存。但縱觀中國同行,我們注意到一些優(yōu)秀的、可敬的商業(yè)組織或公司,屬于各種中小企業(yè)類型的,它們注冊成立和管理都很成功。我們相信,非洲國家能借鑒中國的經(jīng)驗學(xué)到新的知識,并在商業(yè)創(chuàng)造領(lǐng)域取得顯著進步。本研究的主要目的是促進和激勵西非青年獲得創(chuàng)業(yè)心態(tài)或創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,創(chuàng)新并為大眾學(xué)位和非學(xué)位持者創(chuàng)造更多的就業(yè)機會。這項研究對非洲社會和許多組織都很重要。青年創(chuàng)業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng)和管理將有助于經(jīng)濟增長和社會發(fā)展。應(yīng)該把它理解促進并為作企業(yè)教育的一個重要組成部分,由它為青年提供就業(yè)增長、幸福和解放思想、多學(xué)科和活動,以達到他們的期望。在如何借鑒中國經(jīng)驗提升貝寧共和國和西非國家的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動的總目標(biāo)下,本論文包括三項主要研究:研究一,對北京和深圳數(shù)家中國小企業(yè)進行了調(diào)查分折,特別是在員工激勵方面,總結(jié)出可供西非初創(chuàng)企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗...
