全球化正改變著組織的運作模式以及它們與供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴的互動方式。在當今的市場環(huán)境下,供應(yīng)鏈管理已經(jīng)成為組織提高競爭力的主要方式之一。供應(yīng)鏈管理由一系列活動構(gòu)成,包括將信息、流程和材料轉(zhuǎn)化為最終產(chǎn)品,并且在合適的時間和地點將產(chǎn)品配送至終端客戶。以往的研究多關(guān)注發(fā)達國家,圍繞如何依靠企業(yè)特定的資源和能力獲取競爭優(yōu)勢而展開。動態(tài)能力是企業(yè)在動蕩的商業(yè)環(huán)境中生存和發(fā)展的有效手段。動態(tài)能力以等級制的方式發(fā)揮作用,例如低階能力能夠使高階能力為組織帶來價值。供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性是一種重要的動態(tài)能力,它能夠讓企業(yè)有效地利用商機和應(yīng)對市場動蕩�；谫Y源基礎(chǔ)觀和動態(tài)能力視角,本研究著重探討在發(fā)展中國家的背景下,供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性的前因和結(jié)果。為此,本研究提出了三個重要的研究問題�；趶陌突固垢鱾�行業(yè)收集到的數(shù)據(jù),第一個問題主要研究企業(yè)的IT能力（即IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,IT同化）和供應(yīng)鏈整合（即信息整合,流程整合）對供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性的影響。結(jié)構(gòu)路徑分析的結(jié)果表明,供應(yīng)鏈整合可以中介IT能力對供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性的影響。除了直接影響,IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施還通過IT同化對信息整合和流程整合產(chǎn)生間接影響,而信息整合則通過流程整合對供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性產(chǎn)生間接...
