文章摘要：供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娣峙涫枪⿷?yīng)鏈協(xié)同的重要內(nèi)容之一，建立有效的收益分配機制，對于實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈資源的有效配置，，提高供應(yīng)鏈效率，保證供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性具有重要意義。政府監(jiān)管條件下，供應(yīng)鏈通過投資引入環(huán)保產(chǎn)品實施供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境成本內(nèi)部化會引起各成員企業(yè)資源投入變動，進而影響各成員企業(yè)對于供應(yīng)鏈的租金貢獻。基于上述觀點，對實施供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境成本內(nèi)部化而引起的供應(yīng)鏈價值流轉(zhuǎn)及成員企業(yè)租金貢獻變化進行分析，提出基于租金貢獻的供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娣峙浞治龇椒āＴ摲椒ú粌H可以實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找娴暮侠矸峙�，還能夠體現(xiàn)政府規(guī)制一激勵政策作用在成員企業(yè)間的價值傳導(dǎo)，并能夠解釋企業(yè)及供應(yīng)鏈競爭優(yōu)勢的來源。

Abstr：The profit allotment among partners is an important element in supply chain collaboration. An effective profit allotment mechanism can promote the efficiency and resource allocation of the supply chain and maintain its stability. Under government regulation, supply chain firms invest in and develop environment-friendly products to promote the internalization of environmental costs, which in turn influences the partner firms＇ resources input and changes firms＇ rent contribution to the supply chain. The rent contribution method is proposed based on the analysis of how the internalization process influences the supply chain＇s value transformation and partner firms＇ rent contribution. It is argued that the rent contribution method can not only rationalize the profit allotment and reflect the government policy＇s influences on firms＇ value transformation, but can also explain the sources of competitiveness of the supply chain and partner firms.
