對數(shù)秩檢驗是一種非參數(shù)分析,用于比較兩條或更多條生存曲線。由于其證實治療差異的重要性以及測試難以實現(xiàn)I型誤差和高功率,已經(jīng)開發(fā)了多種方法以詳細解釋其行為（漸近,檢查,失效分布）。在這項工作中,我們根據(jù)幾個假設(shè)（審查,風(fēng)險比,權(quán)重函數(shù)）審查對數(shù)秩檢驗及其相關(guān)方法。此外,為了獲得這些方法的I型誤差和功率比較分析,進行了蒙特卡羅模擬。
