網(wǎng)友2286107238近日為您收集整理了關(guān)于基于3S技術(shù)的公路建設(shè)生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價應(yīng)用的文檔,希望對您的工作和學(xué)習(xí)有所幫助。以下是文檔介紹:中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院碩士學(xué)位論文基于3S技術(shù)的公路建設(shè)生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價研究姓名:彭士濤申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):環(huán)境工程指導(dǎo)教師:程波20060601摘要近年來,隨著我國高速公路建設(shè)的迅猛發(fā)展,公路污染、公路對生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響等問題也隨之凸顯出來。因此,公路的環(huán)境保護面臨著采取何種措施減少和杜絕公路的環(huán)境污染、恢復(fù)路域生態(tài)的問題。公路項目的環(huán)境影響評價通過對公路建設(shè)所產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境影響進行識別、預(yù)測和評價,提出臺適的消除或減緩不良環(huán)境影響的對策和措施。公路環(huán)境影響評價的內(nèi)容包括:社會、生態(tài)、水土保持、景觀、大氣、噪聲等方面的環(huán)境影響評價。而生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價往往是公路建設(shè)環(huán)境影響評價中十分關(guān)鍵的內(nèi)容。以3s技術(shù)為輔助手段,對公路建設(shè)生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價進行全面、系統(tǒng)的研究在國內(nèi)尚不多見。該項研究對促進我國高速公路建設(shè)和環(huán)境保護協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。本研究利用3S技術(shù)作為輔助手段,以1:5萬地形圖為調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)底圖,對河南省南陽市內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)至西坪(豫陜界)段高速公路沿線兩側(cè)各4km范圍內(nèi)遙感圖像的土地利用類型等進行解譯,結(jié)合野外實地考察,驗證解譯結(jié)果,并利用已有的資料和研究成果,參考2003年國家環(huán)境監(jiān)測總站頒布的《生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價方法》,對公路沿線生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量進行評價,經(jīng)計算和分析結(jié)果表明:該公路工程沿線區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量基本屬“良”,植被覆蓋度好,水資源豐富,生物多樣性豐富,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的功能具有一定的完整性、穩(wěn)定性及可持續(xù)發(fā)展性。在公路建設(shè)過程中,只要采取一些必要的環(huán)境保護措旌及一些生態(tài)恢復(fù)、補償措施,對整個生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的完接及穩(wěn)定性不會產(chǎn)生明顯的影響。關(guān)鍵詞: 公路建設(shè):生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量評價:3s技術(shù)AbstractIn recent yeaTs, with the fapid development of highway construction, someproblems about highway pollution and the impactof the highway on the ecologyenvironment etc.have been increasing quickly.Therefore,what methOds could beused to reduce and eliminate environmental po}lution‘to the highway and how torestore the ec0109ical damage {ng the hot topics.The impact of highwayproject on construction of the road is identified,predicted,and assessed,8nd then themeasures for removing and minimizing the bad infuence wereproposed.The highwaycOnstruction environmental assessment includes: Social, Ec0109¨ConservatiOn ofwater and Soil,Land scape,Atmospheric,as well as noise.Eco-enVi ronmental qualityassessment is the key content of highway construction project’s enVironmental impactassessment.3S,technology as an aided analysis means prehensiVely and systematiclystudy the eco Jogical environmental quality assessment of the highway construction,which hasn’t been monly in China.Studying th;s issue is of strategicimportant for the coordinate development of highway constructiOn and enVironmentaIprotection,Using 3S technOIogy as acOmplementary meaning,the study interpretedthe remote sensing image about the land—use types within the 4km on both sides 0f thehighwayof Neixiang—Xiping along in Nanyang cityof Henan ProVince by 1:5 milIiontopographjc base maps.And then,it cenjficated the interpreted results from the fieldinvestigation.Finall y'the quality Of the ecological enVironment was assessed alOngthe highway based on the Nation environment mon.toring terminus promulgated’’ecological quality evaluation methods”in 2003.From the calculation and anaJysis,it’s shown that regionaI ecOlogical environment along the road was fine in qualit弘good in vegetation coVer,rich in water resOurces,Very rich in biodiVersity.EcosystemfunctjOns were integral, stable and sustainable in deVelOpment.
