本研究的主要目的是探討經(jīng)濟(jì)開放對(duì)碳排放的影響,具體主要以“一帶一路”（OBOR）國(guó)家為例,從貿(mào)易自由化、外國(guó)直接投資、電力消耗、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、金融發(fā)展和能源效率等視角評(píng)估其影響效應(yīng)。外資集群帶來(lái)了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),同時(shí)有可能增加環(huán)境污染;同時(shí),集群的負(fù)面影響可通過良好的治理得以改善,并增強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施在全球化環(huán)境中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在“一帶一路”各國(guó)之間促進(jìn)環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的長(zhǎng)期有效運(yùn)營(yíng)已迫在眉睫。本研究對(duì)構(gòu)建綠色一帶一路具有重要的理論與實(shí)踐意義。關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)開放對(duì)碳排放的影響,在“一帶一路”等國(guó)家進(jìn)行的實(shí)證分析還不多。本研究基于1990-2017年上述地區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù),采用自回歸滯后分布（ARDL）法和廣義矩量法（GMM）對(duì)上述問題進(jìn)行理論分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。本研究涉及的區(qū)域主要有中歐和東歐（CEE）、中東和非洲（MEA）、南亞（SA）、東南亞（SEA）和中亞和西亞（CWA）。結(jié)果表明,從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看FDI對(duì)減排并沒有顯著性影響。而在短期內(nèi),外國(guó)直接投資對(duì)二氧化碳排放產(chǎn)生了負(fù)向影響。但無(wú)論是長(zhǎng)期還是短期的電力消耗都會(huì)通過排放二氧化碳導(dǎo)致環(huán)境污染。然而,“一帶一路”國(guó)家的能源效率在長(zhǎng)期和短期內(nèi)有利于減少二氧化碳的排放。金融發(fā)展長(zhǎng)期...
