基于統(tǒng)計(jì)熱力學(xué)的組織特征對(duì)環(huán)境知識(shí)累積影響研究

  20世紀(jì)70年代以來(lái),全球變暖、酸雨、物種滅絕、臭氧層破壞、廢物、空氣污染和森林破壞等嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問題促使許多國(guó)家重新考慮破壞自然環(huán)境的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。為應(yīng)對(duì)這些環(huán)境問題的嚴(yán)重性,1992年在里約熱內(nèi)盧舉行的聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境與發(fā)展會(huì)議上提出的重要概念是可持續(xù)發(fā)展。可持續(xù)發(fā)展是指未來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理應(yīng)使經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)相協(xié)調(diào),在不損害子孫后代的前提下滿足當(dāng)代人的需要。通過可持續(xù)發(fā)展,企業(yè)能夠更好地適應(yīng)生態(tài)友好發(fā)展的要求,參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng),保持可持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。這是因?yàn)樵S多有關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)的法律法規(guī)越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格,人們的環(huán)境意識(shí)日益增強(qiáng)。環(huán)境知識(shí)的發(fā)展是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。環(huán)境知識(shí)節(jié)約資源,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命,減少能源消耗,減少污染物排放,確保產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)鏈與生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)。環(huán)境知識(shí)的最終目標(biāo)是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境效益的有機(jī)結(jié)合。環(huán)境知識(shí)不僅節(jié)約資源,提高生產(chǎn)效率,而且改善企業(yè)形象,帶動(dòng)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。因此,環(huán)境知識(shí)已成為當(dāng)今競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下企業(yè)最重要的無(wú)形資產(chǎn)之一。環(huán)境知識(shí)包括自然環(huán)境和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的概念,是一種使人們了解和解決環(huán)境保護(hù)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題的知識(shí)。因此,將環(huán)境管理與知識(shí)管理相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo),已成為確保企...
