【摘要】：正環(huán)保部將印發(fā)《工業(yè)集聚區(qū)水污染治理任務(wù)推進(jìn)方案》,要求以硬措施落實(shí)"水十條"任務(wù)。對(duì)逾期未完成任務(wù)的省級(jí)及以上工業(yè)集聚區(qū)一律暫停審批和核準(zhǔn)其增加水污染物排放的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,并依規(guī)撤銷(xiāo)園區(qū)資格。即將印發(fā)的《工業(yè)集聚區(qū)水污染治理任務(wù)推進(jìn)方案》提出,作為責(zé)任主體的各地方政府和園區(qū)管理機(jī)構(gòu)要不折不扣地完成"水十條"要求;各牽頭負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)要加大調(diào)度和信息
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Environmental Protection will issue the "Water pollution Control Task Promotion Program for Industrial agglomeration areas", which requires hard measures to implement the "Ten articles of Water" task. All the industrial agglomerations at the provincial level and above that have not completed the tasks overdue will be suspended from approval and approval of the construction projects to increase the discharge of water pollutants, and the eligibility of the parks shall be revoked in accordance with the regulations. The "Promotion Plan for Water pollution Control tasks in Industrial agglomeration areas" will be issued shortly. It is proposed that the local governments and park management agencies, as the main body of responsibility, should fulfill the requirements of the "Ten Water items" in a down-to-earth manner; each leading responsible department should increase its dispatch and information.
