玻璃固化用電磁冷坩堝溫度場(chǎng)研究

【摘要】:使用冷坩堝對(duì)核廢料進(jìn)行固化處理后將固化體深埋可以防止核廢料污染環(huán)境,而固化時(shí)熔體的溫度分布將直接影響固化體的質(zhì)量。利用Ansys軟件建立了溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算模型,并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。利用此模型分析了冷坩堝玻璃固化時(shí)熔體不同位置以及不同電源參數(shù)條件下的溫度分布。結(jié)果表明,隨著電流值和頻率的增加,加熱到工作溫度的時(shí)間縮短,但溫度梯度增大,使熔體內(nèi)部溫度分布不均勻。熔煉過(guò)程中應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況添加機(jī)械攪拌。
[Abstract]:Using cold crucible to cure nuclear waste can prevent nuclear waste from polluting the environment, and the temperature distribution of melt during solidification will directly affect the quality of solidified body. The calculation model of temperature field is established by using Ansys software, and the veracity of the model is verified by experiments. By using this model, the temperature distribution of the melt at different positions and different power supply parameters during glass curing in a cold crucible was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of current value and frequency, the time of heating to the working temperature is shortened, but the temperature gradient increases, which makes the internal temperature distribution of the melt uneven. Mechanical stirring should be added to the smelting process according to the actual situation.
