基于能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的區(qū)域優(yōu)化節(jié)能模型的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:伴隨著工業(yè)化進(jìn)程和人類社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,能源消耗和環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題帶來(lái)的影響日益顯著。隨著“京津冀都市圈”的提出和城市一體化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),京津冀區(qū)域逐漸成為環(huán)渤海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的核心組成部分,區(qū)域的資源經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境協(xié)同優(yōu)化發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家和各級(jí)政府關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)。本文以北京市支持中央在京高校共建項(xiàng)目《京津冀區(qū)域資源經(jīng)濟(jì)生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃模型及決策支持研究》為依托,對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境情況進(jìn)行定性與定量的研究與分析,并結(jié)合能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這一能源優(yōu)化利用新理念新模式,對(duì)區(qū)域的優(yōu)化節(jié)能問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究與優(yōu)化,具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行定性與定量的研究與分析,在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用協(xié)整分析方法對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境協(xié)同發(fā)展優(yōu)化方向進(jìn)行研究。(2)根據(jù)京津冀區(qū)域能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀及《京津冀區(qū)域資源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展建模及決策支持平臺(tái)研究》指標(biāo)體系,收集指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建基于VAR模型、協(xié)整分析和VEC模型的能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)模型,并模擬仿真,得出算例結(jié)論并提出輔助的決策建議。(3)在京津冀區(qū)域能源-經(jīng)濟(jì)-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)協(xié)整分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析與研究,并基于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法構(gòu)建區(qū)域能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)模型。(4)基于區(qū)域能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)構(gòu)建優(yōu)化節(jié)能模型,運(yùn)用GAMS軟件,通過(guò)程序設(shè)計(jì)的方式對(duì)各能源要素的定義及相應(yīng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行描繪與分析,并收集各要素?cái)?shù)據(jù),編程實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化節(jié)能模型的仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the process of industrialization and the development of human society, the problem of energy consumption and environmental pollution has become increasingly significant. With the development of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Circle" and the process of urban integration, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has gradually become the core part of the economic and social development around the Bohai Sea. The coordinated development of regional resources, economy and environment has become the focus of national and government attention. In this paper, based on the research on the system planning model and decision support for the sustainable development of resources, economy, environment and sustainable development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regions are supported by the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regional resources and economy. Based on the qualitative and quantitative research and analysis of the environmental situation, and combining with the new idea and new mode of energy optimization and utilization, this paper studies and optimizes the energy saving problem in the region. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) qualitative and quantitative research and analysis of the energy, economic and environmental systems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are carried out on the basis of qualitative analysis. The co-integration analysis method is used to study the optimal direction of the coordinated development of energy, economy and environment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. (2) according to the present situation of energy, economy and environment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the "resources, economy and ecological environment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region" Research on Modeling and decision support platform for Sustainable Development Index system Based on VAR model, cointegration analysis and VEC model, the energy economy-environment system model is built and simulated. The conclusion of the example is drawn and the decision suggestions are put forward. (3) based on the cointegration analysis of the energy, economic and environmental systems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the energy Internet architecture of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is analyzed and studied. And based on the social network analysis method to build the regional energy Internet model. (4) based on the regional energy Internet to build an optimized energy saving model, using GAMS software, The definition and relationship of each energy element are described and analyzed by programming, and the data of each element are collected, and the simulation experiment of optimizing energy saving model is realized by programming.
