滑石礦開采對著生藻群落結構和水環(huán)境的影響

【摘要】:為了解滑石礦開采對河流水生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響,分別于2015年11月、2016年4月和2016年7月這3個時期對湯河(太子河重要支流)上游6個監(jiān)測斷面(TH01~TH02為參照河段,TH03~TH04為受損河段,TH05~TH06為恢復河段)的水質(zhì)狀況和著生藻群落進行了調(diào)查分析.利用Mann-Whitney U檢驗分析比較了各河段水環(huán)境因子和著生藻群落結構組成的差異;利用Spearman相關性分析、典范對應分析(canonical correspondence analysis)和t值雙標圖(t value biplot)分析水環(huán)境因子與著生藻群落結構的相互關系.結果表明:(1)與參照河段和恢復河段相比,受損河段的Mg、Se、As、Fe、Mo、EC、HCO-3、NO-3和p H均值最高.其中,Mg、Mo、As、EC、HCO-3在受損河段與其他河段間存在顯著差異(P0.05).(2)與其他河段相比,受損河段的著生藻密度、物種豐富度、具柄硅藻百分比、曲殼藻屬(Achnanthes sp.)相對豐度均最小,可運動硅藻百分比、雙菱藻屬(Surirella sp.)相對豐度和舟形藻屬(Navicula sp.)相對豐度最大,其中物種豐富度在受損河段與其他河段間存在顯著差異(P0.05).(3)EC、HCO-3和Mg對研究區(qū)域的著生藻群落結構有顯著影響,且均與物種豐富度、具柄硅藻百分比顯著相關(P0.05).
[Abstract]:In order to understand the influence of talc mining on river water ecological environment, Water quality and algal flora in the upper reaches of Tanghe River (important tributaries of the princeling River) were monitored in November 2015, April 2016 and July 2016, respectively. The investigation and analysis were carried out. Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze the differences of water environmental factors and the composition of algal community in each reach, and Spearman correlation analysis was used. Canonical correspondence analysis (canonical correspondence analysis) and t value double plot (t value biplot) were used to analyze the relationship between water environmental factors and algal community structure. The results show that: (1) compared with the reference and restoration reaches, the damaged reach has the highest mean values of HCO-3no-3 and pH in the damaged reach. There was significant difference in HCO-3 between the damaged reach and other reaches (P0.05). (2). Compared with other reaches, the algae density, species richness, diatom percentage and (Achnanthes sp.) in the damaged reach were higher than those in other sections. The relative abundance is the smallest, the percentage of movable diatoms, Surirella sp. Relative abundance and Navicula sp. There was significant difference in species richness between the damaged reach and other reaches (P0.05). (3). ECHCO-3 and mg had significant effects on the community structure of algal communities in the study area, and were significantly correlated with species richness and the percentage of diatoms with stalks (P0.05).
