【摘要】：城市自然景區(qū)是城市中不可多得的旅游資源和游憩空間,游客旅游行為對(duì)城市自然景區(qū)的游憩沖擊一直是城市旅游管理亟待解決的棘手問(wèn)題,研究游客的環(huán)境責(zé)任行為是控制游憩負(fù)面沖擊,增強(qiáng)城市自然景區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的有效途徑。本研究在國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述和實(shí)踐觀(guān)察基礎(chǔ)上,將游客社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)引入游客環(huán)境沖擊感知和環(huán)境責(zé)任行為的關(guān)系研究中,建立了包含生態(tài)環(huán)境沖擊感知、不友善行為感知、游客沖突感知和設(shè)施管理沖擊感知四個(gè)游憩沖擊感知變量,自我約束行為和保護(hù)促進(jìn)行為兩個(gè)環(huán)境責(zé)任行為變量的"游憩沖擊感知—社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)—環(huán)境責(zé)任行為"理論模型,應(yīng)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,以長(zhǎng)沙岳麓山國(guó)家5A級(jí)景區(qū)為案例,對(duì)城市自然景區(qū)游客環(huán)境責(zé)任行為的影響因素及其相互關(guān)系展開(kāi)定量實(shí)證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)游客游憩沖擊感知對(duì)環(huán)境責(zé)任行為的直接影響作用較小,生態(tài)環(huán)境沖擊感知對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)促進(jìn)行為具有顯著正向影響;(2)游客社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)對(duì)環(huán)境自我約束行為具有顯著正向影響,其在游客環(huán)境沖擊感知、設(shè)施管理沖擊感知、游客沖突感知與環(huán)境責(zé)任行為的影響關(guān)系中起中介作用;(3)游客沖擊感知對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)的影響主要表現(xiàn)為游客生態(tài)環(huán)境沖擊感知和設(shè)施管理沖擊感知對(duì)游客社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)具有顯著的正向影響,而游客沖突感知對(duì)游客社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)具有顯著的負(fù)向影響。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,文章最后指出城市自然景區(qū)游客環(huán)境責(zé)任行為若干管理啟示。
[Abstract]:Urban scenic spot is a rare tourist resource and recreation space in the city. Tourist tourism behavior has always been a thorny problem to be solved in urban tourism management. The study of tourists' environmental responsibility is an effective way to control the negative impact of recreation and enhance the sustainable development of urban scenic spots. On the basis of literature review and practical observation at home and abroad, this study introduces the social responsibility consciousness of tourists into the study of the relationship between environmental impact perception and environmental responsibility behavior, and establishes the perception of ecological impact perception and unfriendly behavior. Tourism conflict perception and facility management impact perception four recreational impact perception variables, two environmental responsibility behavior variables of self-restraint behavior and protection promotion behavior, the theory model of "recreation shock perception-social responsibility consciousness-environmental responsibility behavior" theory model. Based on the questionnaire survey and structural equation model, this paper makes a quantitative and empirical study on the influencing factors of tourists' environmental responsibility behavior and their relationship with each other, taking the 5A-grade scenic spot of Yuelu Mountain in Changsha as a case study. The study found that the direct effect of tourists' leisure impact perception on the behavior of environmental responsibility is relatively small. Ecological impact perception has a significant positive impact on environmental protection promotion. 2) tourists' sense of social responsibility has a significant positive impact on environmental self-restraint behavior, and it has a significant positive impact on tourists' environmental impact perception and facility management impact perception. Impact of tourists' perception of impact on Social responsibility: impact of tourists' perception of impact on Social responsibility: impact perception of tourists' Ecological Environment and impact of facilities Management on tourist Society The sense of responsibility has a significant positive impact, However, the perception of tourist conflict has a significant negative impact on tourists' sense of social responsibility. According to the conclusion of the study, this paper points out some implications for the management of the environmental responsibility behavior of tourists in urban natural scenic spots.
