鋼鐵企業(yè)燒結工序煙粉塵排放的測試與評價

【摘要】:對某鋼鐵企業(yè)燒結工序不同煙粉塵排放源的現場采樣,包括燒結煤粉破碎、燒結配料、燒結機頭、燒結機尾和燒結礦成品篩分等工藝過程.測試了各工藝過程的除塵灰以及排放煙粉塵的粒徑分布和化學組成,分析得出除塵前煙粉塵的粒徑分布和化學組成.在此基礎上,建立了燒結工序各個煙粉塵排放點的綜合評價指標.通過專家調研得出了各個評價指標的權重集,最終運用模糊綜合評判法,對燒結工序各個煙粉塵排放點進行綜合評價,得出燒結工序的重點煙粉塵排放點.結果表明,燒結機頭的TSP排放總量、PM_(2.5)質量分數、PM_(10)質量分數和重金屬元素質量分數均為最大,是燒結工序最重要的煙粉塵排放點.
[Abstract]:The field sampling of different smoke and dust emission sources in sintering process of a iron and steel enterprise includes sintering pulverized coal crushing, sintering proportioning, sintering machine head, sintering machine tail and sinter product sieving, etc. The particle size distribution and chemical composition of dust removal and smoke dust emission in each process were measured and the particle size distribution and chemical composition of smoke dust before dust removal were obtained. On this basis, the comprehensive evaluation index of smoke dust emission points in sintering process is established. Through expert investigation, the weight set of each evaluation index is obtained. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of each smoke dust emission point in sintering process is carried out by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the key smoke dust emission points in sintering process are obtained. The results show that the mass fraction of tsp and heavy metal elements in the sinter head is the largest, which is the most important emission point of smoke dust in sintering process.
