電解錳渣中低活性硅的活化工藝研究

【摘要】:利用不同促釋方法對電解錳渣(EMR)中有效硅進(jìn)行活化,以實現(xiàn)錳渣資源化利用。通過微波焙燒活化、機械球磨及機械復(fù)合3種不同方式,考察各方法對硅活化的作用,探索適合錳渣活化的方式,揭示相關(guān)活化機理。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)3種不同方式活化后,錳渣中有效硅含量均得到提高,機械復(fù)合活化的方式最好,在球磨時間為40 min,微波焙燒溫度為900℃、m(EMR)/m(Na2CO3)=1∶0.6、焙燒時間為40 min時,采用該方式錳渣中有效硅含量可達(dá)16.37%。
[Abstract]:The effective silicon in electrolytic manganese slag EMRs was activated by different releasing methods to realize the utilization of manganese slag. Through microwave roasting activation, mechanical milling and mechanical recombination, the effects of different methods on silicon activation were investigated, and the suitable ways for manganese slag activation were explored, and the related activation mechanism was revealed. The results showed that the content of available silicon in manganese slag was increased after activation in three different ways, and the best way of mechanical composite activation was obtained.
