【摘要】：本文基于地級行政單元的水污染物排放和社會經(jīng)濟截面數(shù)據(jù),分析環(huán)渤海地區(qū)水污染物排放的流域特征與時空分異,定量解析環(huán)渤海地區(qū)及高強度排放聚集區(qū)內(nèi)水污染物排放的驅(qū)動因素。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)海河流域是環(huán)渤海地區(qū)納污量最大、增量最突出的流域,其化學(xué)需氧量和氨氮排放分別占區(qū)域排放總量的38.94%、39.23%。(2)2005年以來,環(huán)渤海地區(qū)水污染物高排放區(qū)從零星分布向連片分布轉(zhuǎn)變,京津冀、山東半島、遼中南已成為水污染物高排放區(qū)的疊加區(qū)域。(3)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)水污染物排放具有顯著空間溢出效應(yīng),且空間關(guān)聯(lián)程度呈增大趨勢,水污染排放熱度呈沿海向內(nèi)陸遞減態(tài)勢,海河流域熱度顯著高于其他流域,沿海合作區(qū)顯著高于內(nèi)陸協(xié)作區(qū);京津冀長期處于熱點區(qū)和次熱區(qū),熱區(qū)覆蓋范圍由海河向淮河流域拓展。(4)不同水污染物排放的驅(qū)動因素差異顯著,對化學(xué)需氧量排放而言,經(jīng)濟增長速度、固定資產(chǎn)投資因素呈較強的正向帶動,而城鎮(zhèn)化水平和工業(yè)化程度表現(xiàn)出顯著負(fù)向影響;對氨氮排放來說,人口規(guī)模呈正向帶動,固定資產(chǎn)投資和外商直接投資亦有一定正向影響,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平則呈現(xiàn)顯著的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of water pollutant discharge and socioeconomic cross-section of prefectural administrative units, this paper analyzes the watershed characteristics and temporal and spatial differentiation of water pollutant discharge in Bohai Rim. The driving factors of water pollutant emission in Bohai region and high intensity discharge area are analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the Haihe River Basin is the basin with the largest and the most prominent increment in the area around the Bohai Sea. Its chemical oxygen demand (COD) and ammonia nitrogen emissions account for 38.94% of the total regional emissions respectively since 2005. The high discharge area of water pollutants around the Bohai Sea has changed from sporadic distribution to continuous distribution. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Shandong Peninsula and central and southern Liaoning have become superimposed areas of high discharge area of water pollutants. 3) the discharge of water pollutants around Bohai Sea has significant spatial spillover effect. The degree of spatial correlation showed an increasing trend, the heat intensity of water pollution decreased from coastal to inland, the heat intensity of Haihe River basin was significantly higher than that of other basins, the coastal cooperative area was significantly higher than that of inland cooperative area, and Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei were in hot spots and secondary heat regions for a long time. The driving factors of the discharge of different water pollutants from Haihe River to Huaihe River Basin are significantly different. For the discharge of chemical oxygen demand, the economic growth rate and the fixed assets investment factor are strongly positive driven. The urbanization level and industrialization level showed a significant negative impact. For ammonia nitrogen emissions, the population size was positively driven, fixed asset investment and foreign direct investment also had a positive impact. The level of economic development showed a significant inhibitory effect.
