【摘要】：生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的持續(xù)供給是社會和自然可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),人類通過對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的消費來滿足需求和提高自身福祉。研究人類對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的需求、消費,分析生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的供給與需求關(guān)系,對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的管理、土地發(fā)展規(guī)劃和資源的合理有效配置具有重要意義。首先分析了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)需求、供給和消費的內(nèi)涵與特征,辨析了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)的有效需求和潛在需求、有效供給與潛在供給,進而提出了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)需求與供給研究框架,指出應(yīng)研究生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)供給和需求的空間關(guān)聯(lián)以及生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)需求彈性差異,進而因地制宜地調(diào)控生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)供給使得生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)效用最大化。梳理并比較了對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)供給和需求的量化指標和研究方法,包括基于土地利用和土地覆被的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)供需關(guān)系矩陣法、生態(tài)足跡法、公眾參與法、模型計算法等。提出了未來的相關(guān)研究主要應(yīng)從不同群體的需求彈性差異、跨學(xué)科與多源數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合的需求定量評估方法、供需關(guān)系的多尺度分析、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)需求與人類福祉的耦合機制拓展等方面展開,為生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)調(diào)控管理和社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供切實可行的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The sustainable supply of ecosystem services is the foundation of social and natural sustainable development. Human beings satisfy the demand and improve their own welfare through the consumption of ecosystem services. It is of great significance to study the demand and consumption of ecosystem services, to analyze the relationship between supply and demand of ecosystem services, to manage ecosystem, to plan land development and to allocate resources reasonably and effectively. Firstly, the connotation and characteristics of ecosystem service demand, supply and consumption are analyzed, and the effective demand and potential demand, effective supply and potential supply of ecosystem service are analyzed, and the research framework of ecosystem service demand and supply is put forward. It is pointed out that the spatial correlation between the supply and demand of ecosystem services and the elasticity of demand for ecosystem services should be studied in order to adjust and control the supply of ecosystem services according to local conditions to maximize the utility of ecosystem services. The quantitative indexes and research methods of ecosystem service supply and demand are reviewed and compared, including land use and land cover based ecosystem service supply and demand matrix method, ecological footprint method, public participation method, model calculation method and so on. It is proposed that the future research should be based on the demand elasticity difference of different groups, the method of quantitative demand assessment based on the combination of interdisciplinary and multi-source data, and the multi-scale analysis of the relationship between supply and demand. The development of coupling mechanism between the demand for ecosystem services and human welfare provides a practical scientific basis for the regulation and management of ecosystem services and the sustainable development of society.
