【摘要】：隨著“技術(shù)時(shí)代”的不斷發(fā)展,技術(shù)作為社會(huì)變革及發(fā)展的巨大力量,其預(yù)定目標(biāo)與后果兩者之間存在著巨大差別,這就導(dǎo)致了技術(shù)雙重性論的生成。技術(shù)滿足人與社會(huì)需要是一個(gè)實(shí)際應(yīng)用的過程,同時(shí)這個(gè)過程并不完全是促進(jìn)人類社會(huì)發(fā)展有益的過程,所以技術(shù)具有雙重性。只有當(dāng)把技術(shù)置于人與人、人與自然社會(huì)中,滿足了人與社會(huì)、自然需要技術(shù)的價(jià)值才會(huì)體現(xiàn)出來,通常表現(xiàn)為技術(shù)的使用價(jià)值。技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展,提高社會(huì)生產(chǎn)效率,為人類生活帶來便利,促進(jìn)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,其表現(xiàn)為技術(shù)的正效應(yīng)。基于技術(shù)本質(zhì)分析,技術(shù)可以有效引導(dǎo)社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展的同時(shí)也存在著一定程度的弊端,其主要表現(xiàn)就是技術(shù)的負(fù)效應(yīng)。人作為生物個(gè)體,與生俱來腦手足等器官為了實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的發(fā)展,為了使自身變得更加強(qiáng)大,更多技術(shù)應(yīng)用已逐漸滲在人類社會(huì)生活各個(gè)方面,成為一種決定性力量,所以技術(shù)產(chǎn)生雙重性效應(yīng)的每一個(gè)原因的背后,都有人的身影。人作為社會(huì)個(gè)體,在這個(gè)世界上都有自己的生態(tài)位,人發(fā)明信息技術(shù)、交通技術(shù)等以為了更好扮演不同的社會(huì)角色,但是任何技術(shù)發(fā)展都有正負(fù)雙重效應(yīng),所有技術(shù)進(jìn)步都有其代價(jià),而其代價(jià)需要人類來承擔(dān)。作為人類最基本的活動(dòng)之一,改造自然從美化自然環(huán)境的角度來看,它給人類社會(huì)帶來的變化是有目共睹的,但是任何事物的存在都有其兩面性,改造自然的同時(shí),由于對(duì)于短期利益的盲目追求,也會(huì)造成一定程度上對(duì)自然環(huán)境的毀滅性打擊,甚至有可能使生物失去了賴以生存的自然環(huán)境。人類憑借技術(shù)占據(jù)了地球生物圈的頂峰,技術(shù)與自然之間也存在著難以分割的聯(lián)系,技術(shù)在依賴自然的同時(shí),也屬于人與自然之間形成聯(lián)系的最大中介。其中技術(shù)創(chuàng)造自然生態(tài)屬于技術(shù)雙重性中的“善”的屬性,在這一過程中從如下三方面展現(xiàn)其創(chuàng)造性,即技術(shù)建造了完全生態(tài)環(huán)境、技術(shù)創(chuàng)造利于生命生存環(huán)境、技術(shù)直接塑造生命本身。同時(shí)技術(shù)對(duì)自然生態(tài)也存在破壞性,體現(xiàn)了技術(shù)雙重性中的“惡”的屬性,在這一過程中從如下三方面展現(xiàn)其負(fù)效應(yīng),首先為破壞其物質(zhì)存在,其次能夠造成自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)失衡,最后損壞自然資源。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the "technology age", technology, as a great force of social change and development, has a great difference between its predetermined goal and its consequences, which leads to the formation of the duality of technology. Technology meets the needs of human and society is a practical application process, and this process is not entirely a beneficial process to promote the development of human society, so technology has a dual nature. Only when the technology is placed in the society of man and man, man and nature, can the value of technology be reflected in the natural need of technology, which is usually shown as the use value of technology. The application and development of technology improve the efficiency of social production, bring convenience to human life and promote the development of society, which is the positive effect of technology. Based on the analysis of the nature of technology, technology can effectively guide the development of society, but also has some drawbacks, its main manifestation is the negative effect of technology. As an individual, human beings are born with brain, hand, foot and other organs. In order to achieve their own development and to make themselves more powerful, more and more technical applications have gradually infiltrated into all aspects of human social life and become a decisive force. So there are people behind every cause of the duality of technology. Human beings, as social individuals, have their own niche in this world. Human beings invent information technology and transportation technologies in order to play different social roles, but any technological development has a positive or negative double effect. All technological progress has its costs, and the costs must be borne by mankind. As one of the most basic activities of human beings, the transformation of nature from the perspective of beautifying the natural environment is obvious to all, but the existence of everything has its dual character, while transforming nature, Because of the blind pursuit of short-term interests, it will also cause a destructive blow to the natural environment to a certain extent, and may even make the organism lose the natural environment on which it depends. Human beings occupy the pinnacle of the biosphere of the earth by virtue of technology, and there is also an inseparably linked relationship between technology and nature. While technology depends on nature, it also belongs to the largest intermediary between man and nature. The nature ecology of technology creation belongs to the attribute of "good" in the duality of technology. In this process, it shows its creativity from the following three aspects: technology has built a complete ecological environment, and technology creation is conducive to the living environment of life. Technology directly shapes life itself. At the same time, technology is also destructive to natural ecology, which embodies the attribute of "evil" in the duality of technology. In this process, it shows its negative effects from the following three aspects, first of all, the destruction of its material existence. Second, it can cause imbalance of natural ecosystem, and finally damage natural resources.
