【摘要】：為獲取競爭優(yōu)勢,企業(yè)會(huì)根據(jù)政府環(huán)境規(guī)制對綠色創(chuàng)新模式做出合理選擇。以企業(yè)產(chǎn)品具有可替代性、不同綠色創(chuàng)新模式資本投入具有差異性為前提,構(gòu)建了政府綠色創(chuàng)新投入補(bǔ)貼與征收碳稅對制造企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新模式選擇影響的演化博弈模型,并對演化路徑、穩(wěn)定均衡策略及影響機(jī)理進(jìn)行理論與數(shù)值仿真分析。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)政府行為下的企業(yè)通過突破式綠色創(chuàng)新獲得的最低額外凈收益為正值時(shí),企業(yè)群體才會(huì)向全部選擇突破式綠色創(chuàng)新模式的"理想狀態(tài)"演化;綠色創(chuàng)新投入補(bǔ)貼與征收碳稅均能提升企業(yè)開展突破式綠色創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的可能性,并能誘導(dǎo)企業(yè)加速向突破式綠色創(chuàng)新演化;征收碳稅的激勵(lì)作用較為顯著,應(yīng)將其控制在一定范圍使其發(fā)揮最大促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to gain competitive advantage, enterprises will make a reasonable choice of green innovation mode according to government environmental regulation. On the premise of the substitutability of enterprise products and the difference of capital input in different green innovation models, the evolutionary game model of the influence of government green innovation input subsidy and carbon tax on the choice of green innovation mode of manufacturing enterprises is established. The evolution path, the stable equilibrium strategy and the influence mechanism are analyzed theoretically and numerically. The results show that when the minimum additional net income of the enterprises under the government behavior is positive, the enterprise group will evolve to the "ideal state" of choosing the breakthrough green innovation mode. The subsidy of green innovation input and the imposition of carbon tax can both promote the possibility of enterprises carrying out breakthrough green innovation activities and induce enterprises to accelerate the evolution to breakthrough green innovation. It should be controlled to a certain extent to maximize its promotion.
