【摘要】:介紹水質(zhì)監(jiān)測組件的工作原理,分析電導(dǎo)率隨溫度變化的關(guān)系,指出傳統(tǒng)電導(dǎo)率傳感器溫度補(bǔ)償方法存在的問題。通過測量5~40℃純水和冷凝水電導(dǎo)率,研究理論計(jì)算和處理實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),給出了一種新的溫度補(bǔ)償方法,并將該方法成功地應(yīng)用于研制的水質(zhì)監(jiān)測組件中,為水質(zhì)檢測與控制系統(tǒng)提供有效數(shù)據(jù),解決實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中的問題。
