【摘要】：某電廠600 MW機組在完成環(huán)保改造后,煙囪排煙出現(xiàn)不透明煙羽現(xiàn)象。為此,對煙氣成分以及對煙羽形成影響較大的選擇性催化還原(SCR)脫硝系統(tǒng)特性進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:煙氣中的SO_3體積分?jǐn)?shù)會隨著燃煤中硫分的增加而增加,且經(jīng)過SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)后,煙氣中SO_3體積分?jǐn)?shù)顯著提高,會誘發(fā)可見煙羽;SCR脫硝反應(yīng)器出口的NO_x分布反映出流場的不均,其所造成的氨逃逸過大會增加可見煙羽產(chǎn)生的概率;SCR脫硝催化劑的磨損、失活等因素增加了可見煙羽出現(xiàn)的概率。該結(jié)論可為制定煙羽治理方案提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:After the environmental protection reform of 600 MW unit in a power plant, the smoke exhaust of chimney appears opaque plume phenomenon. Therefore, the characteristics of flue gas composition and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification system with great influence on the formation of flue gas plume were studied. The results show that the volume fraction of SO_3 in flue gas increases with the increase of sulfur content in coal combustion, and the volume fraction of SO_3 in flue gas increases significantly after SCR denitrification system. The NO_x distribution at the outlet of the visible smoke plume SCR reactor reflects the uneven flow field, and the ammonia escape caused by it increases the wear of the probabilistic SCR denitrification catalyst produced by the visible plume. Inactivation and other factors increase the probability of visible plume. The conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of smoke plume control plan.
