水環(huán)境PH值遠(yuǎn)程自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:工業(yè)技術(shù)的大力發(fā)展,帶來了一個突出的問題是環(huán)境污染。水環(huán)境和人類接觸極其頻繁,為保護(hù)其免受污染而避免造成不良后果,應(yīng)運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和方法對水環(huán)境全天候?qū)崟r監(jiān)測。環(huán)保部門可通進(jìn)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)對環(huán)境污染程度度量、決策與管理,同時也通過環(huán)境執(zhí)法手段來保護(hù)環(huán)境,真正使部門在環(huán)境監(jiān)測和保護(hù)方面發(fā)揮重要的作用?紤]水環(huán)境監(jiān)測的具體要求,結(jié)合環(huán)保部門提出的污染設(shè)備設(shè)施運(yùn)行狀況實(shí)時監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)要求,本論文完成的主要工作包括:(1)以通用性好、組網(wǎng)靈活、成本低廉為基礎(chǔ),規(guī)劃了水環(huán)境PH值遠(yuǎn)程自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)和各組成部分的功能設(shè)計(jì);(2)利用低功耗、高性能的PIC18F452單片機(jī)結(jié)合PH值傳感器開發(fā)了可進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集、傳輸、存儲、顯示的儀表;節(jié)約了系統(tǒng)成本,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)保部門大面積采用;(3)以Delphi 7為軟件開發(fā)工具,結(jié)合使用JavaScript腳本調(diào)用百度地圖以實(shí)現(xiàn)部分地理信息系統(tǒng)功能和Microsoft SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺在數(shù)據(jù)庫方面的強(qiáng)大功能,開發(fā)了水質(zhì)監(jiān)測中心管理軟件;該軟件能通過有線或無線方式對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集,以供環(huán)保部門分析和決策;(4)水質(zhì)監(jiān)測中心的上位機(jī)管理軟件可與現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集終端設(shè)備進(jìn)行通訊,既可以接收現(xiàn)場采集數(shù)據(jù),也可發(fā)送命令對現(xiàn)場PH值數(shù)據(jù)采集終端設(shè)備進(jìn)行控制和管理。本論文所述的水環(huán)境PH值遠(yuǎn)程自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)方案已初步實(shí)施,并在太原市環(huán)保部門管理的一定范圍內(nèi)投入使用,F(xiàn)場采集終端設(shè)備通過在現(xiàn)場實(shí)際運(yùn)行,性能穩(wěn)定、記錄數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、容錯性好、故障率低;監(jiān)測中心軟件功能強(qiáng)大、交互性好、使用方便,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)初期規(guī)劃要達(dá)到的目標(biāo),也為以后系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)一步完善和升級奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial technology, a prominent problem is environmental pollution.Water environment and human contact are very frequent. In order to protect water environment from pollution and avoid adverse consequences, advanced technology and methods should be used to monitor the water environment in real time around the clock.Environmental protection departments can use monitoring data to measure, make decisions and manage environmental pollution. At the same time, environmental protection departments can play an important role in environmental monitoring and protection by means of environmental law enforcement.Considering the specific requirements of water environment monitoring, combined with the requirements of the environmental protection department for the construction of real-time monitoring network system for the operation of pollution equipment and facilities, the main work accomplished in this paper includes: (1) on the basis of good generality, flexible networking and low cost,The frame structure of the water environment PH remote automatic monitoring system and the function design of each component are planned. The low power consumption, high performance PIC18F452 single chip computer and PH sensor are used to develop the field data acquisition, transmission and storage.Delphi 7 is used as a software development tool.Combined with the use of JavaScript script to call Baidu map to realize part of the GIS function and the powerful function of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database platform in database, the management software of water quality monitoring center is developed.The software can collect the data of the field equipment by wired or wireless way, so as to provide the environmental protection department with analysis and decision. 4) the upper computer management software of the water quality monitoring center can communicate with the terminal equipment of the field data acquisition.It can not only receive the data collected on the spot, but also send commands to control and manage the terminal equipment of PH value data acquisition in the field.The scheme of the water environment PH remote automatic monitoring system described in this paper has been implemented preliminarily and put into use within a certain range of the management of Taiyuan environmental protection department.The field acquisition terminal equipment is stable in performance, accurate in recording data, good in fault tolerance, low in failure rate, powerful in function, good in interactivity and convenient in use.The goal of the initial planning of the system is well realized, and the foundation is laid for the further improvement and upgrading of the system in the future.
