【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展,生態(tài)環(huán)境領(lǐng)域從信息采集到加工處理也進(jìn)入信息化和數(shù)字化時代,數(shù)據(jù)量呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)式增長,生態(tài)環(huán)境大數(shù)據(jù)受到越來越多的關(guān)注.生態(tài)環(huán)境大數(shù)據(jù)是在對生態(tài)環(huán)境要素"空天地一體化"連續(xù)觀測的基礎(chǔ)上,集成海量的多源多尺度信息,借助云計算、人工智能及模型模擬等大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù),實現(xiàn)生態(tài)環(huán)境大數(shù)據(jù)的集成分析和信息挖掘.生態(tài)環(huán)境大數(shù)據(jù)存在數(shù)據(jù)來源多樣、涉及部門廣;數(shù)據(jù)采集方式不統(tǒng)一;服務(wù)對象眾多、對專業(yè)化服務(wù)要求高等特點.大數(shù)據(jù)已在生態(tài)環(huán)境領(lǐng)域得到了初步應(yīng)用,如在全球氣候變化預(yù)測、生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)觀測與模擬和區(qū)域大氣污染治理等方面作用明顯.目前我國生態(tài)環(huán)境大數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)展還存在諸多問題,包括數(shù)據(jù)共享難、監(jiān)測技術(shù)落后、傳感器等監(jiān)測設(shè)備嚴(yán)重依賴進(jìn)口、數(shù)據(jù)集成和深度分析能力不足等.隨著大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,未來大數(shù)據(jù)在解決生態(tài)環(huán)境健康問題、提高重大生態(tài)環(huán)境風(fēng)險預(yù)警預(yù)報水平、提高生態(tài)環(huán)境領(lǐng)域科學(xué)研究水平等方面都將發(fā)揮巨大作用.大數(shù)據(jù)將最終實現(xiàn)生態(tài)環(huán)境管理決策定量化、精細(xì)化,生態(tài)環(huán)境信息服務(wù)多樣化、專業(yè)化和智能化,為中國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供技術(shù)保障.
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet and mobile communication technology, the field of ecological environment from information collection to processing and processing has also entered the information and digital era, the amount of data has explosive growth, ecological environment big data has received more and more attention.Ecological environment big data is based on the continuous observation of "integration of space and heaven", integrates massive multi-source and multi-scale information, and makes use of such technologies as cloud computing, artificial intelligence and model simulation, etc.Realize the integration analysis and information mining of ecological environment big data.Big data has a variety of data sources, involving a wide range of departments; data collection methods are not uniform; many service objects, high demand for specialized services, and so on.Big data has been applied in the field of ecological environment, such as global climate change prediction, ecological network observation and simulation, regional air pollution control and so on.At present, there are still many problems in the development of Chinese ecological environment big data, including difficult data sharing, backward monitoring technology, heavy dependence on imports of monitoring equipment such as sensors, insufficient ability of data integration and depth analysis, and so on.With the development of big data's technology, big data will play an important role in solving ecological environment health problems, raising the level of early warning and forecasting of major ecological environment risks, and improving the scientific research level in ecological environment field in the future.Big data will finally realize the quantification, refinement, diversification, specialization and intelligence of ecological environment information service, which will provide technical guarantee for the sustainable development of Chinese society and economy and the construction of ecological civilization.
