【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)自然環(huán)境的日益惡化,實(shí)施生態(tài)保護(hù)、建立生態(tài)文明已成為迫在眉睫的一項(xiàng)政治任務(wù)。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記十分重視生態(tài)保護(hù),執(zhí)政以來(lái)圍繞生態(tài)文明建設(shè)方面發(fā)表了很多重要論斷,深刻闡述了建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的重要性。在這些思想中貫徹了一個(gè)重要的最新的生態(tài)理念即生態(tài)正義思想,作為一種解釋原則的生態(tài)正義引導(dǎo)著我們以新的視角看待生態(tài)問(wèn)題。本文以生態(tài)正義為理論基點(diǎn)和原則重新領(lǐng)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的系列重要講話,歸納概括講話中蘊(yùn)含的深刻的生態(tài)正義思想。本文從三個(gè)部分研究了習(xí)近平總書(shū)記系列重要講話中的生態(tài)正義思想。第一章闡述了習(xí)近平生態(tài)正義思想形成的背景。從現(xiàn)實(shí)背景方面,主要是基于國(guó)內(nèi)生態(tài)嚴(yán)峻惡化和提升國(guó)家治理能力的需要。從理論來(lái)源方面,正義、生態(tài)正義、生態(tài)非正義等概念的形成以及生態(tài)正義理論內(nèi)容是基本前提,馬克思主義生態(tài)自然觀及中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是直接來(lái)源,這些都為習(xí)近平總書(shū)記生態(tài)正義思想的形成奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章主要闡述了習(xí)近平總書(shū)記系列重要講話中生態(tài)正義思想的主要內(nèi)容。這章是本論文的重要章節(jié),從內(nèi)容上看,習(xí)近平總書(shū)記生態(tài)正義思想主要?dú)w納為三個(gè)方面,即:綠色發(fā)展觀、美麗中國(guó)和金山銀山、生態(tài)文明。第三章總結(jié)了習(xí)近平總書(shū)記系列講話中生態(tài)正義思想的重要意義。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記系列重要講話中的生態(tài)正義思想具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在理論方面,不僅是對(duì)馬克思主義自然生態(tài)觀的繼承和創(chuàng)新,也是對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中生態(tài)思想的新發(fā)展,是對(duì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的豐富;在實(shí)踐方面,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨從科學(xué)角度對(duì)我國(guó)發(fā)展道路指明了一條新道路,體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨“以人為本”的高度自覺(jué)和責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deterioration of our natural environment, the implementation of ecological protection, the establishment of ecological civilization has become an urgent political task.General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to ecological protection and has made many important judgments on the construction of ecological civilization since he took office, and has profoundly expounded the importance of building ecological civilization.In these thoughts, an important latest ecological concept, ecological justice, has been carried out. Ecological justice, as an explanatory principle, leads us to look at ecological problems from a new perspective.Based on the theory and principle of ecological justice, this paper reunderstands and studies General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches on the construction of ecological civilization, and summarizes the profound thoughts of ecological justice contained in the speech.This paper studies the thought of ecological justice in General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches from three parts.The first chapter expounds the background of Xi Jinping's thought of ecological justice.From the realistic background, it is mainly based on the serious deterioration of domestic ecology and the need to enhance the national governance capacity.From the theoretical source, the formation of the concepts of justice, ecological justice, ecological injustice and the content of ecological justice theory are the basic premise, Marxist ecological natural view and Chinese excellent traditional culture are the direct source.All these have laid a theoretical foundation for the formation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological justice.The second chapter mainly expounds the main contents of the ecological justice thought in General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches.This chapter is an important chapter of this paper. From the content point of view, General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological justice is mainly summed up into three aspects: green development concept, beautiful China and Jinshan Silver Mountain, ecological civilization.The third chapter summarizes the significance of ecological justice thought in General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches.The thought of ecological justice in General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches has important theoretical and practical significance.In theory, it is not only the inheritance and innovation of Marxist view of natural ecology, but also the new development of ecological thought in Chinese traditional culture and the enrichment of the concept of sustainable development.The Communist Party of China has pointed out a new way to the development of our country from the angle of science, which embodies the high consciousness and responsibility of the Communist Party of China.
