【摘要】：工業(yè)文明之后,一種新的文明形態(tài)呈現(xiàn)出來,生態(tài)文明的產(chǎn)生正是是人類社會(huì)進(jìn)步的表現(xiàn)。目前面對可利用資源缺乏、生態(tài)環(huán)境嚴(yán)重污染、生態(tài)平衡遭到破壞等威脅,建設(shè)生態(tài)文明,緩解生態(tài)壓力,探索出一條正確的解決路徑是當(dāng)務(wù)之急,并且刻不容緩。江澤民作為我國第三屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的核心,他的生態(tài)文明思想是其整個(gè)思想體系的重要組成部分。20世紀(jì)末,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的大力開展,我國生態(tài)問題逐漸凸顯并影響著我國社會(huì)主義建設(shè)進(jìn)程。以江澤民為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心的第三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體,在當(dāng)時(shí)就已經(jīng)關(guān)注到了我國生態(tài)文明發(fā)展問題,面對國際生態(tài)保護(hù)的呼吁,國內(nèi)生態(tài)問題的現(xiàn)狀,江澤民同志對于解決我國生態(tài)問題,促進(jìn)生態(tài)文明發(fā)展、解決生態(tài)污染做出了巨大的努力。本文首先從追本溯源的角度入手,探尋江澤民生態(tài)文明思想的理論來源,指出江澤民生態(tài)文明思想是建立在生態(tài)理論的雄厚基礎(chǔ)上的,江澤民生態(tài)文明思想的產(chǎn)生是有其必然性和可行性的。其次通過大量的文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)分析了江澤民生態(tài)文明思想的主要內(nèi)涵,從可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、到人與自然共處、社會(huì)科技的運(yùn)用、社會(huì)法制的保障和國際合作等方面勾勒江澤民生態(tài)文明思想的主要思路和脈絡(luò),歸納出江澤民生態(tài)文明思想的協(xié)調(diào)性、公平性、廣泛性和創(chuàng)新性的主要特征,探索江澤民生態(tài)文明思想的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對我們后續(xù)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供建設(shè)性的意見。
[Abstract]:After industrial civilization, a new form of civilization has emerged, and the emergence of ecological civilization is the manifestation of the progress of human society. At present, it is threatened by the lack of available resources, the serious pollution of the ecological environment, the destruction of the ecological balance, and so on. It is urgent to build ecological civilization, relieve ecological pressure and explore a correct solution path. Jiang Zemin is the core of the third leading collective in China. His thought of ecological civilization is an important part of his whole ideological system. At the end of the 20th century, with the development of economic construction, The ecological problems in our country gradually highlight and affect the process of socialist construction in our country. The third generation leading collective with Jiang Zemin as the core has already paid close attention to the development of ecological civilization in China at that time, and faced with the appeal of international ecological protection. Comrade Jiang Zemin has made great efforts to solve the ecological problems, promote the development of ecological civilization and solve ecological pollution in China. Exploring the theoretical source of Jiang Zemin's thought of ecological civilization, pointing out that Jiang Zemin's thought of ecological civilization is based on the solid foundation of ecological theory. The emergence of Jiang Zemin's thought of ecological civilization has its inevitability and feasibility. Secondly, through a large number of documents, the author summarizes and analyzes the main connotations of the ecological civilization thought of Jiang Zemin, from the strategy of sustainable development to the coexistence of man and nature. The application of social science and technology, the guarantee of social legal system and international cooperation outline the main ideas and context of Jiang Zemin's ecological civilization thought, and sum up the main characteristics of the coordination, fairness, extensiveness and innovation of Jiang Zemin's ecological civilization thought. This paper explores the theoretical value and practical significance of Jiang Zemin's thought of ecological civilization, and provides constructive suggestions for our subsequent construction of ecological civilization.
