好氧污泥-微藻耦合顆粒的培養(yǎng)及特性研究

【摘要】:研究以好氧顆粒污泥為生物載體、小球藻與柵藻為接種微藻,開(kāi)展了菌藻耦合顆;到y(tǒng)構(gòu)建與解析工作,并考察了選擇壓關(guān)鍵因子—沉降時(shí)間的作用影響.研究結(jié)果指出好氧污泥與微藻可形成穩(wěn)定的耦合顆粒體,沉降時(shí)間會(huì)影響耦合進(jìn)度,但其并非耦合實(shí)現(xiàn)的決定性因素.在穩(wěn)態(tài)顆粒性質(zhì)方面,沉降時(shí)間差異設(shè)定會(huì)顯著影響耦合顆粒的沉降性能、氮素去除能力、粒徑大小及生物柴油產(chǎn)量(P0.05),但耦合顆粒的微生物表面電荷、關(guān)鍵脂肪酸甲酯組分及磷素去除能力對(duì)其作用響應(yīng)并不顯著(P0.05).藍(lán)藻和真核藻類在顆粒中所占比例約為5%和95%,接種微藻在真核藻類群落中可保持主導(dǎo)地位(相對(duì)豐度98%),但不同沉降時(shí)間處置下小球藻和柵藻在顆粒體中相對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)性具有明顯區(qū)別.
[Abstract]:Using aerobic granular sludge as biological carrier and chlorella and chlamydomonas as inoculation microalgae, the construction and analysis of microalgae coupling granulation system were carried out. The effect of selective pressure key factor-settling time was investigated. The results showed that aerobic sludge and microalgae could form stable coupling particles, and sedimentation time would affect the coupling progress. However, it is not the decisive factor in the realization of coupling. In terms of steady state particle properties, the setting of settling time difference will significantly affect the sedimentation performance of coupling particles and the nitrogen removal capacity. The particle size and the yield of biodiesel are P0.05N, but the surface charge of the microorganism is coupled with the particle. The key fatty acid methyl ester components and phosphorus removal ability were not significant (P0.05). The proportion of cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae in the granules was about 5% and 95%, and microalgae inoculated in eukaryotic algae community could maintain the dominant position (relatively abundant algae community). However, the relative dominance of Chlorella vulgaris and Chlorella sp. in granular bodies was significantly different at different settling times.
