基于遙感與GIS的青藏高原典型電網(wǎng)工程生態(tài)環(huán)境敏感性分析

【摘要】:為了評估電網(wǎng)工程對生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響,以概念圖的形式確定并表達了電網(wǎng)工程特定活動直接或間接作用于復雜自然環(huán)境帶來的生態(tài)環(huán)境影響,基于RS與GIS技術(shù),構(gòu)建并定量化了敏感性評價指標體系,運用空間主成分方法對青藏高原典型電網(wǎng)工程開展應用.結(jié)果顯示:研究區(qū)的總體生態(tài)環(huán)境敏感程度很高且集聚效應顯著,重度和極度敏感區(qū)集中分布(高-高空間關(guān)聯(lián)模式)在研究區(qū)中部的雅魯藏布大峽谷和東南部的高山河谷地帶.依據(jù)生態(tài)環(huán)境敏感程度分布狀況形成的電網(wǎng)工程極度敏感標段,重度敏感標段,中度敏感標段和輕度敏感標段應利用不同自然條件采取相應的措施降低工程對生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響.該方法可為復雜自然條件下其他大型工程建設(shè)的生態(tài)環(huán)境影響評價提供借鑒.
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the impact of power grid engineering on the ecological environment, the ecological impact of specific activities of power grid engineering on the complex natural environment is determined and expressed in the form of concept diagram. Based on RS and GIS technology, the impact of specific activities of power grid engineering on the ecological environment is determined and expressed. The sensitivity evaluation index system is constructed and quantified, and the spatial principal component method is applied to typical power grid projects in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The results show that the overall ecological environment sensitivity of the study area is very high and the agglomeration effect is significant. The concentrated distribution of severe and extremely sensitive areas (high-high spatial correlation model) in the Yalu Zangbo Grand Canyon in the central part of the study area and the alpine valley in the southeast of the study area. Highly sensitive segment, The medium sensitive segment and the light sensitive segment should take appropriate measures to reduce the impact of the project on the ecological environment by using different natural conditions. This method can be used as a reference for the ecological environmental impact assessment of other large-scale projects under complex natural conditions.
