多環(huán)芳烴類污染土壤熱脫附修復(fù)技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)熱脫附工藝脫附時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、處理成本高、尾氣處理工藝不完善等問題,進(jìn)行了電加熱回轉(zhuǎn)窯熱脫附實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著溫度增高、時(shí)間增長(zhǎng),總PAHs去除率增加;10 min條件下350℃與500℃時(shí)總PAHs的去除率分別為98.83%和98.94%,土壤中PAHs可達(dá)到修復(fù)目標(biāo)值;500℃時(shí)多環(huán)芳烴的去除率表現(xiàn)為低環(huán)PAHs高環(huán)PAHs。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)集成形成1套集污染土壤預(yù)處理、熱脫附、尾氣凈化、余熱利用、自動(dòng)化控制于一體的工藝技術(shù),并建成年處理有機(jī)污染土壤18萬(wàn)t的熱脫附生產(chǎn)線。在350和500℃條件下對(duì)1萬(wàn)余噸污染土壤進(jìn)行熱脫附處理后(≥10 min),總PAHs去除率分別為98.92%和99.95%,尾氣排放指標(biāo)均低于DB 11/501—2007《大氣污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of long desorption time, high treatment cost and imperfect tail gas treatment process in traditional thermal desorption process, the thermal desorption experiment of electric heating rotary kiln was carried out.
