【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的運(yùn)用與發(fā)展,科技異化及其造成的人的異化現(xiàn)象越來越明顯,尤其是人類中心主義盛行,造成的環(huán)境污染越來越嚴(yán)重。因此,必須重視生態(tài)文明建設(shè),以便為子孫后代的永續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的社會環(huán)境條件。論文共分四部分。第一部分論述了城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中進(jìn)行生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的理論依據(jù)及動力導(dǎo)向。詳細(xì)論證了經(jīng)典馬克思主義生態(tài)文明理論、西方馬克思主義、時代發(fā)展中我國生態(tài)文明政治理論成果,以及國外城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)成功案例的推力與我國百年大計(jì)的指引力。第二部分詳細(xì)描述了我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。通過描述不合理的使用耕地、凸顯的固體污染、水污染、空氣污染等強(qiáng)調(diào)進(jìn)行生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)必要性。第三部分總體分析造成城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中生態(tài)文明建設(shè)問題的原因。包括粗放的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、管控不力的地方政府部門、環(huán)保意識不足的城鎮(zhèn)居民等。最后指出幾點(diǎn)對策思考。要轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,強(qiáng)化城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中生態(tài)文明建設(shè)物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);落實(shí)我國百年大計(jì)的綠色方針,完善制度保障;提高城鎮(zhèn)居民文化教育水平,培養(yǎng)生態(tài)文明的生態(tài)理念;加大城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)硬件投入,提高生態(tài)文明建設(shè)現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境。論文通過對我國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的理論依據(jù)、動力導(dǎo)向及現(xiàn)實(shí)必要性的論析,提出了相應(yīng)的建議,以便為我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:With the application and development of science and technology, the alienation of science and technology and the human alienation caused by it are becoming more and more obvious, especially the prevalence of anthropocentrism, and the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, we must attach importance to the construction of ecological civilization. In order to create a good social environment for the sustainable development of future generations. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the theoretical basis and driving force of the construction of ecological civilization in the process of urbanization. The Marxist Theory of Ecological Civilization, Western Marxism, the achievements of China's Ecological Civilization political Theory in the Development of the Times, As well as the thrust of successful cases of foreign urbanization construction and the guiding power of our country's century-old plan. The second part describes in detail the practical problems in the construction of ecological civilization in the process of urbanization in China. By describing the irrational use of cultivated land, Prominent solid pollution, water pollution, air pollution and so on emphasize the realistic necessity of ecological civilization construction. The third part analyzes the causes of ecological civilization construction problems in the process of urbanization, including extensive economic development. Local government departments with weak control and control, urban residents with insufficient environmental protection consciousness, etc. Finally, the author points out some countermeasures. It is necessary to change the mode of economic development and strengthen the material foundation of ecological civilization construction in the process of urbanization. To implement the green policy of our country's 100-year plan, to perfect the system guarantee, to improve the cultural and educational level of urban residents, to cultivate the ecological concept of ecological civilization, and to increase the investment in the construction of urbanization, Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis, power orientation and practical necessity of the construction of ecological civilization in China, the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions on how to improve the realistic environment of the construction of ecological civilization. In order to provide reference and reference for the construction of ecological civilization in the process of urbanization in China.
