新型重金屬絮凝劑巰基乙酰化羥甲基聚丙烯酰胺的優(yōu)化制備

【摘要】:為提高含銅廢水的處理效果及簡化處理流程,以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、甲醛、氫氧化鈉、巰基乙酸(TGA)為原料,先經(jīng)羥甲基化反應(yīng)制備中間產(chǎn)物羥甲基聚丙烯酰胺(MPAM),再通過酰胺化反應(yīng)將巰基接枝到MPAM分子鏈上,制備出新型重金屬絮凝劑巰基乙酰化羥甲基聚丙烯酰胺(MAMPAM).以水樣中Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率為考察目標(biāo),采用Plackett-Burman實(shí)驗(yàn)、最陡爬坡實(shí)驗(yàn)和響應(yīng)面法中CCD實(shí)驗(yàn)優(yōu)化MAMPAM的制備條件.結(jié)果表明,MAMPAM最優(yōu)制備條件為:MPAM濃度0.31%、MPAM與TGA物質(zhì)的量比為1∶3.2、反應(yīng)介質(zhì)p H值為4.76、反應(yīng)溫度為25℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2 h,在此條件下制備的MAMPAM對(duì)Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率為95.30%,與模型的理論預(yù)測值94.47%接近,相對(duì)偏差僅為0.83%,模型合理可靠.紅外分析表明MPAM分子鏈上成功接上了巰基.MAMPAM對(duì)不同初始濃度的含Cu(Ⅱ)水樣具有很好的去除效果,Cu(Ⅱ)去除率均能達(dá)到90%以上.MAMPAM有望成為一種有效的含銅廢水處理劑,具有一定的應(yīng)用前景.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the treatment effect of copper-containing wastewater and simplify the treatment process, polyacrylamide (PAM), formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide and thioglycolic acid (TGA) were used as raw materials. The intermediate product, hydroxymethyl polyacrylamide (MPAM), was prepared by hydroxymethylation reaction, and then the sulfhydryl group was grafted onto the MPAM molecular chain by amidation reaction.
