不同有機(jī)物對(duì)氯化鈉溶解度和介穩(wěn)區(qū)的影響

【摘要】:在實(shí)施廢水零排放工程中,有機(jī)物的存在給無機(jī)鹽結(jié)晶過程帶來不利影響,因而有必要考察有機(jī)物添加劑對(duì)鹽結(jié)晶的影響規(guī)律。本文測(cè)定了氯化鈉在水以及添加蛋白胨、苯酚和庚二酸的水溶液中的溶解度和超溶解度,考察了介穩(wěn)區(qū)的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,3種有機(jī)物均使氯化鈉溶解度降低,且溶解度隨有機(jī)物含量的增大而減小,其中庚二酸的影響最大。3種有機(jī)物的存在也同時(shí)降低了介穩(wěn)區(qū)的寬度,且隨有機(jī)物含量增大而減小,影響大小順序?yàn)楸椒痈岬鞍纂恕T陲柡蜏囟葹?43.15K、COD為20000mg/L的苯酚溶液中,氯化鈉介穩(wěn)區(qū)寬度較純水中相比可減小65.3%,影響效果明顯。介穩(wěn)區(qū)隨攪拌速率的增大、降溫速率的減小而變窄。攪拌速率在不同有機(jī)物存在下對(duì)介穩(wěn)區(qū)影響大小順序?yàn)楦岬鞍纂吮椒?降溫速率在不同有機(jī)物存在下對(duì)介穩(wěn)區(qū)影響大小順序?yàn)榈鞍纂吮椒痈帷?br/>[Abstract]:In the project of zero discharge of wastewater, the existence of organic matter has a negative effect on the crystallization process of inorganic salt. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the effect of organic additives on salt crystallization. The solubility and supersolubility of sodium chloride in water and aqueous solution with peptone, phenol and heptanic acid were determined. The results show that the solubility of sodium chloride decreases and the solubility decreases with the increase of organic matter content. The existence of 3 kinds of organics also decreased the width of the metastable zone and decreased with the increase of organic matter content. The order of influence is phenol heptate peptone in phenol solution with saturation temperature of 343.15kg / L COD = 200mg / L. Compared with pure water, the width of the metastable zone of sodium chloride can be reduced by 65.3, and the effect is obvious. The metastable zone increases with the agitation rate. The influence of stirring rate on the metastable region in the presence of different organic compounds was in the order of peptone phenol. The order of the influence of cooling rate on the metastable region in the presence of different organic compounds is peptone phenol heptanic acid.
