【摘要】：保護(hù)生態(tài)與消除貧困是21世紀(jì)人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要目標(biāo)。中國是世界上生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱的社會(huì)主義國家,而保護(hù)生態(tài)、消除貧困、促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展一直是馬克思主義理論的體現(xiàn),因此我國開展的生態(tài)扶貧是一種具有中國特色社會(huì)主義理論的實(shí)踐模式。中國特色社會(huì)主義生態(tài)扶貧的理論蘊(yùn)含了五個(gè)要素屬性,且相互影響,相互支撐,并產(chǎn)生內(nèi)源性減貧發(fā)展動(dòng)力。貴州生態(tài)扶貧的實(shí)踐模式為其他地區(qū)的扶貧工作提供了可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),也提出了需進(jìn)一步思考的問題。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the main goal of human sustainable development was to protect ecology and eliminate poverty. China is a socialist country with fragile ecological environment in the world, while protecting ecology and eliminating poverty. To promote the all-round development of human beings has always been the embodiment of Marxist theory. Therefore, the theory of ecological poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics is a practical model of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The theory of ecological poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics contains five essential attributes, and it affects each other and supports each other. The practice model of ecological poverty alleviation in Guizhou provides some experience for other regions in poverty alleviation, and puts forward some problems that need further consideration.
