【摘要】：以美國環(huán)保局的污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成文件為依據(jù),詳細(xì)介紹了美國煉焦行業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),包括BPT、BAT、NSPS、PSNS/PSES、BCT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。研究了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的形成過程,分析了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中各指標(biāo)的意義。通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定可以看出美國在污染控制方面的時間表,這對于我國煤化工行業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定和應(yīng)用具有很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The United States Environmental Protection Bureau of pollutant emission standards document as the basis, the coking industry standards for the discharge of water pollutants, including BPT, BAT, NSPS, PSNS/PSES, BCT. The formation process of the standards, analyzes the index standard of the United States can be seen through the standards of the pollution control this timetable for China's coal chemical industry standards and has a good reference for the application.
