【摘要】：近年來,中國以及世界在不斷推進信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)。然而,高速、海量、共享的新型信息傳播方式給人們的生活帶來便利的同時,也為海內(nèi)外一些邪教組織在各種信息平臺上的傳播蔓延提供了可乘之機,同時也為黨和政府的相關(guān)部門對邪教的防范與治理工作帶來了新的困難和挑戰(zhàn)。為了應(yīng)對上述困難和挑戰(zhàn),我們結(jié)合當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外邪教利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所提供的各類聊天工具、網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇、電子郵箱、博客等信息平臺進行傳播的概況和案例,分析了信息時代下邪教傳播的五個新特點,即邪教傳播方式的多元化、邪教傳播內(nèi)容的開放化、邪教傳播效果的擴大化、邪教傳播主體的隱蔽性、邪教傳播對象的隨機性,分析說明了邪教在信息時代發(fā)展蔓延的主要原因及其造成的嚴(yán)重危害。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們進一步探討了信息時代下邪教防治工作的方法,并就如何加強針對邪教傳播的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)管、如何通過公開的反邪教信息系統(tǒng)來及時防范邪教、如何通過強大的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導(dǎo)來揭露邪教的欺騙、如何加大基層部門和社會組織抵御邪教的能力、如何合理引導(dǎo)傳統(tǒng)宗教和新興宗教的健康發(fā)展、如何打擊邪教組織需要加強國際交流與合作等幾個方面提出了具體建議。論文的創(chuàng)新點有三。第一,將當(dāng)代邪教問題與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題相結(jié)合,對信息時代的邪教傳播特點及其防治方法進行綜合探討,并將"網(wǎng)絡(luò)邪教"和"邪教商品化"等新現(xiàn)象納入研究內(nèi)容。第二,從分析邪教傳播方式在信息時代出現(xiàn)的新特點入手,進一步探討了當(dāng)代邪教在鼓吹教主崇拜、實施洗腦和精神控制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊策略等方面的新變化。第三,將信息時代的邪教防治問題同我國具體國情相結(jié)合,就如何加強我國當(dāng)前的邪教防治工作提出了具有可行性的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China and the world continue to promote the infrastructure of information networks. However, the high speed, mass and shared new information dissemination mode not only brings convenience to people's lives, but also provides an opportunity for some cult organizations at home and abroad to spread on various information platforms. At the same time, it also brings new difficulties and challenges to the prevention and administration of cults in the relevant departments of the Party and the government. In order to cope with the above difficulties and challenges, we have combined the information platforms provided by cults at home and abroad, such as various chat tools, network forums, email boxes, blogs and other information platforms at home and abroad, to spread general information and cases. This paper analyzes the five new characteristics of cult propagation in the information age, namely, the diversification of cult propagation methods, the opening up of cult communication content, the expansion of cult propagation effect, the concealment of cult propagation subject, and the randomness of cult spreading object. This paper analyzes the main reasons for the development and spread of cults in the information age and their serious harm. On this basis, we further discussed the methods of preventing and controlling cults in the information age, and discussed how to strengthen the supervision of network public opinion on the spread of cults, and how to prevent cults in a timely manner through an open anti-cult information system. How to expose cult deception through strong network public opinion guidance, how to increase the ability of grass-roots departments and social organizations to resist cults, and how to reasonably guide the healthy development of traditional and emerging religions, Some concrete suggestions are put forward on how to crack down on cult organizations and how to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation. There are three innovative points in this paper. First, we should combine contemporary cult problems with network security issues, comprehensively discuss the characteristics of cult propagation in the information age and its prevention and cure methods, and incorporate new phenomena such as "network cults" and "commercialization of cults" into the research contents. Second, starting with the analysis of the new characteristics of cult propagation in the information age, this paper further discusses the new changes in advocating cult worship, implementing brainwashing and mental control, and network attack strategy. Third, combining the prevention and control of cults in the information age with the specific conditions of our country, we have put forward some feasible suggestions on how to strengthen the prevention and control of cults in our country at present.
