【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們對(duì)于公共服務(wù)的需求日益增加,而在社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)程中,我國(guó)又出現(xiàn)了很多問題,尤其是貧富差距的不斷擴(kuò)大、社會(huì)矛盾的日益激增、政府失靈、市場(chǎng)失靈等等。為了應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化的挑戰(zhàn),就需要社會(huì)組織充分發(fā)揮自己的公共服務(wù)的作用。改革開放以來,基督教作為社會(huì)組織的一部分,廣泛的參與到了公共服務(wù)中去,發(fā)揮了不可忽視的作用。因此,深入的研究基督教參與公共服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀、模式以及自身的問題,促使基督教公共服務(wù)事業(yè)向制度化、專業(yè)化的方向發(fā)展,具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本研究詳細(xì)描述了基督教參與公共服務(wù)的對(duì)象、領(lǐng)域、模式,總結(jié)歸納了基督教參與公共服務(wù)的六大領(lǐng)域:醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、養(yǎng)老托幼、扶貧救災(zāi)、助殘防艾、捐資助學(xué)、環(huán)境保護(hù),并概括了基督教參與公共服務(wù)事業(yè)的四大模式包括直接模式、間接模式、中介模式以及國(guó)內(nèi)外合作模式,這些都對(duì)國(guó)家和社會(huì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。同時(shí)基督教作為社會(huì)公共服務(wù)的供給主體之一,在發(fā)展公共服務(wù)事業(yè)的進(jìn)程中,勢(shì)必要存在一些問題,如服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的過分集中、基督教參與力度的薄弱、服務(wù)資源的有限性、服務(wù)的專業(yè)性等等諸多問題。那么針對(duì)這些問題,筆者分別從基督教自身和國(guó)家兩個(gè)方面提出了可行性的建議,從而更加詳細(xì)的闡述了基督教參與公共服務(wù)的必要性。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the progress of our society, the demand for public services is increasing day by day. In the process of social modernization, there are many problems in our country, especially the widening gap between the rich and the poor. The social contradiction surges day by day, the government is out of order, the market is out of order and so on. In order to meet the challenge of social modernization, it is necessary for social organizations to give full play to their public services. Since the reform and opening up, Christianity, as a part of social organization, has extensively participated in public service and played an important role. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study deeply the status quo, mode and its own problems of Christian participation in public service, and to promote the development of Christian public service in the direction of institutionalization and specialization. This study describes in detail the objects, fields and models of Christianity's participation in public services, and summarizes six major areas of Christian participation in public services: medical and health care, care for the aged and children, poverty alleviation and disaster relief, assistance for the disabled and AIDS prevention, donations to schools, and environmental protection. It also summarizes the four modes of Christian participation in public service, including direct mode, indirect mode, intermediary mode and cooperation mode at home and abroad, all of which have a positive impact on the development of the country and society. At the same time, Christianity, as one of the main providers of social public service, must have some problems in the process of developing public service, such as the over-concentration of service field, the weakness of Christian participation, and the limitation of service resources. Professional service and many other issues. In view of these problems, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions from two aspects of Christianity itself and the country, and then expounds in more detail the necessity of Christianity participating in public service.
