【摘要】：同品(sapaksa)、異品(vipaksa)和宗有法(paksa)是陳那因明的初始概念。以"聲是無(wú)常"宗為例,宗有法即這里宗命題的主項(xiàng)"聲",是辯論雙方尚未共許是否無(wú)常的對(duì)象;同品是辯論雙方已經(jīng)共許為無(wú)常的對(duì)象,即除了主項(xiàng)"聲"以外無(wú)常的事物,如"瓶"、"電"等;異品是雙方已經(jīng)共許為常的對(duì)象,即除了主項(xiàng)"聲"以外恒常的事物,如"虛空"、"極微"等。同、異品除宗有法即宗有法(如這里的"聲")被排除在同品和異品的外延范圍之外。同品、異品和宗有法三者各別,是陳那對(duì)于推論所涉及的論域全集最初的三分(tripartitionism),是陳那因明的一項(xiàng)體系性規(guī)定。在除宗以外的同、異品范圍中,即雙方未發(fā)生意見(jiàn)分歧的對(duì)象范圍中,考察邏輯理由(因)與立論方所要論證在"聲"上出現(xiàn)的屬性"無(wú)常"之間的邏輯聯(lián)系,用雙方共許的證據(jù)來(lái)論證對(duì)方不承認(rèn)的主張,是陳那因明論辯邏輯的核心思想,體現(xiàn)了陳那因明非演繹、非單調(diào)的邏輯特征。沈海燕教授對(duì)于因明原典斷章取義,以附會(huì)傳統(tǒng)的陳那因明歸納演繹合一說(shuō),錯(cuò)失了決定陳那因明邏輯性質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵所在。她強(qiáng)調(diào)本體論上常與無(wú)常之間非此即彼的關(guān)系,默認(rèn)聲本來(lái)就是無(wú)常,將一己之見(jiàn)強(qiáng)加給古印度論辯的雙方,這都脫離了陳那因明的論辯邏輯特征。本文依據(jù)因明原典,征引國(guó)際最新研究成果,結(jié)合邏輯學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),與之進(jìn)行商榷。
[Abstract]:The same product (sapaksa), heterologue (vipaksa) method and case (paksa) is the initial concept of Chen yin. With "sound is impermanent" case as an example, a method that is here in case the main proposition of "sound", is the object of both sides of the debate were not allowed is capricious; the same product is on both sides of the debate were Xu as impermanent object, which in addition to the main "sound" outside the impermanence of things, such as the "bottle" and "electricity"; the two sides have different product is common for the object that is often made, in addition to the main item of "sound" outside the permanent things, such as "emptiness" and "minimal" etc.. The same or different products have the law that the law (such as the "sound" here) is excluded from the extension of the same and different products. The same products, different products and a method of three respectively, three points for Chen's inference involves the domain complete initial (tripartitionism), is a system of rules that Chen yin. In addition to cases outside the scope of the same and different products, namely, the two sides did not differ in the range of the object, study logical reason (for) and the argument demonstrated in the "sound" appeared on the attribute of "impermanence" logical connections between each other, to prove not recognize the two sides of the Xu advocate evidence is the core thought of Chen in the development of dialectical logic, reflects Chen in the development of non deductive and non monotonic logic characteristics. Professor Shen Haiyan for the original Ming Chen attached to interpret out of context, the development of traditional deductive and said, Miss Chen decided the key in the development of the logical properties. She often emphasizes the relationship between ontology and impermanence either this or that the default sound is impermanent, both sides will be imposed on the personal view of ancient India argument, which are out of the logic of argument and logic characteristics of chen. On the basis of the original logic, citing the latest international research results, combining with the basic knowledge of logic, and carry on the discussion.
