【摘要】：當(dāng)代西方各國(guó)民粹主義思潮勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁,而貧富差距擴(kuò)大、公民意識(shí)啟蒙、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及、媒體話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)的變遷,則是當(dāng)代中國(guó)民粹主義興起的現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)因。在現(xiàn)實(shí)政治中,民粹主義宣揚(yáng)平民主義,仇官仇富、反精英、反體制,熱衷激進(jìn)立場(chǎng)與非理性政治。消解當(dāng)代民粹主義的負(fù)向影響,必須準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識(shí)并正確對(duì)待,既要將民粹情緒與民意表達(dá)區(qū)別對(duì)待,還要約束和規(guī)制民粹主義的極端立場(chǎng),更要消解民粹主義滋生的土壤。
[Abstract]:The trend of populism in contemporary western countries is strong, while the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the enlightenment of civic consciousness, the popularization of the Internet and the changes of the media's right to speak are the realistic reasons for the rise of populism in contemporary China. In reality, populism preaches populism, enmity against the rich, anti-elite, anti-system, keen on radical positions and irrational politics. In order to eliminate the negative influence of contemporary populism, we must correctly understand and treat it correctly. We should treat populism differently from the expression of public opinion, restrain and regulate the extreme stand of populism, and eliminate the soil of populism.
