【摘要】：劉文輝穩(wěn)藏安康思想起源于早期教育,萌芽與軍校時(shí)期,受蔣百里國(guó)防思想影響,形成于西康建設(shè)時(shí)期;具有唯實(shí)、求進(jìn)、兼容、應(yīng)變、歸定的顯著特征,對(duì)西康建設(shè)乃至整個(gè)西南邊疆穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:Liu Wenhui's thought of keeping safe and sound originated from early education. During the period of germination and military academy, influenced by Jiang Baili's thought of national defense, Liu Wenhui formed in the period of Xikang construction. It has had a profound influence on the construction of Xikang and even on the stability of the southwest frontier.
