【摘要】：政治參與和政治吸納是現(xiàn)代民主政治必不可少的政治活動方式。李普賽特在其名著《政治人》中系統(tǒng)探討了政權(quán)合法性和民主政治存在的社會基礎(chǔ)。重讀《政治人》,我們可以更深刻地體悟政治參與、政治吸納與政權(quán)合法性的相生機理:政治參與是政權(quán)合法性扎根社會土壤的種子,它有助于增加社會張力、減少社會沖突、促進社會和諧;而政治吸納則是政權(quán)合法性根深葉茂的養(yǎng)料,作為現(xiàn)代政府彰顯民主誠意的標志,政治吸納既是公民政治參與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基石,也是政治系統(tǒng)汲取社會營養(yǎng)的觸角。在政權(quán)體系的日常中,政治參與和政治吸納的相生性,消解著社會矛盾和政治風(fēng)險,維系著政治穩(wěn)定和社會和諧,從而增強公民對政權(quán)的政治認同,建構(gòu)政權(quán)的合法性。
[Abstract]:Political participation and political absorption are indispensable ways of political activities in modern democratic politics. Li Pu Seth systematically discusses the social basis of political legitimacy and democratic existence in his famous book political Man. By re-reading the political person, we can have a deeper understanding of the mechanism of political participation, political absorption and the legitimacy of political power: political participation is the seed of political legitimacy taking root in the social soil, and it helps to increase social tension and reduce social conflicts. Promoting social harmony; and political absorption is the nourishment of the legitimacy of the regime with deep roots. As a symbol of the democratic sincerity of the modern government, political absorption is not only the cornerstone of citizens' political participation in sustainable development, It is also the political system that draws on social nutrition. In the daily system of political power, the political participation and the political absorption are born together, dissolving the social contradiction and political risk, maintaining the political stability and social harmony, thus strengthening the citizens' political identity to the regime and constructing the legitimacy of the regime.
