【摘要】：在公共沖突管理中,控制和化解是兩種最基本的手段,要實現(xiàn)兩者的優(yōu)勢互補,必須結(jié)合社會情境采取適當(dāng)?shù)鸟詈夏Ｊ�。新中國建立后到改革開放前,我國主要采取的控制式耦合模式,改革開放后,交互式耦合模式逐漸占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位,這種變化主要基于中國由政治化、等級化的社會逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榱硕嘣�、平�?quán)化的社會。從近年來的案例來看,當(dāng)前的沖突控制與沖突化解的耦合還存在著時機(jī)錯位、化解不足、控制不當(dāng)?shù)葐栴},應(yīng)當(dāng)在兩者之間的轉(zhuǎn)換等方面進(jìn)一步加以完善。
[Abstract]:In the management of public conflicts, control and resolution are the two most basic means. In order to realize the complementary advantages of the two, it is necessary to adopt the appropriate coupling mode combined with the social situation. From the founding of New China to the reform and opening up to the outside world, China adopted the control coupling mode. After the reform and opening up, the interactive coupling mode gradually occupied the dominant position. This change was mainly based on the politicization of China. The hierarchical society has gradually turned into a pluralistic and equal society. In recent years, the coupling of conflict control and conflict resolution still has some problems, such as timing dislocation, inadequate solution, improper control and so on, which should be further improved in the conversion between the two.
