【摘要】：近代以來的社會,或者說我們既已擁有的社會,是基于權(quán)利的設定建構(gòu)起來的,民主政治無非是在從權(quán)利出發(fā)的社會建構(gòu)邏輯中演變出來的結(jié)果。權(quán)利包含著平等和自由的內(nèi)涵,但是,無論在理論上還是在實踐上,平等和自由都包含著悖論。就社會治理而言,在自由主義的框架下是出于維護和保障權(quán)利的目的,而在實際運行中,處處要求人們放棄權(quán)利。應當承認,基于權(quán)利設定而建構(gòu)起來的社會,在300多年的運行中取得了輝煌成就,但在20世紀后期則呈現(xiàn)出風險社會的特征,從而決定了全球化、后工業(yè)化進程將是一場社會重建的運動。在思考社會重建的問題時,必須實現(xiàn)出發(fā)點和思維方式上的根本性變革。我們需要放棄從權(quán)利出發(fā)去建構(gòu)社會的邏輯,而是需要從人的共生共在出發(fā);我們不應再借助于分析性思維尋求同一性,而是需要運用相似性思維去謀求人的差異前提下的共同行動。
[Abstract]:The society in modern times, or the society we have already owned, is based on the set of rights. Democracy is the result of the evolution of social construction logic from rights. Rights contain the connotation of equality and freedom. However, both in theory and in practice, equality and freedom contain paradoxes. As far as social governance is concerned, under the framework of liberalism, it is out of the purpose of safeguarding and protecting the rights, and in the actual operation, people are required to give up the rights. It should be acknowledged that the society built on the basis of rights has been brilliant in the operation of 300 years, but in the late twentieth Century it showed a special risk society. The process of post industrialization will be a movement of social reconstruction. In thinking of the problem of social reconstruction, we must realize the fundamental change in the starting point and the way of thinking. We need to give up the logic of building the society from the right to construct the society, but we need to start from the co-existence of human beings; we should not use any more points. Analytical thinking seeks identity, but requires similar thinking to seek common action under the premise of human differences.
