【摘要】：馬克思政治平等觀開(kāi)創(chuàng)了馬克思主義政治平等思想，與恩格斯平等思想一起，指導(dǎo)了國(guó)際工人運(yùn)動(dòng)，對(duì)當(dāng)代政治平等觀產(chǎn)生了重大影響。深入探討馬克思政治平等觀，對(duì)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)具有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 馬克思政治平等觀，區(qū)別于以往各種社會(huì)主義和共產(chǎn)主義理論，以發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力實(shí)現(xiàn)勞動(dòng)解放為根本要求，，以政治權(quán)利平等為核心要素，具有鮮明的歷史性和階級(jí)性特征，具有促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本作用。馬克思政治平等觀，在對(duì)生產(chǎn)資料私有制下的政治平等批判基礎(chǔ)之上，將生產(chǎn)資料的社會(huì)占有作為社會(huì)主義政治平等的現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)，將代議制和普選制作為社會(huì)主義的民主政治原則，將計(jì)劃性生產(chǎn)和分配作為勞動(dòng)者政治權(quán)利的重要運(yùn)用，認(rèn)為政治平等最終將連同國(guó)家一起走向消亡。馬克思通過(guò)對(duì)非馬克思主義政治平等觀的理論批判，反映出了馬克思政治平等觀，以經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系為依據(jù)的科學(xué)性和以政治斗爭(zhēng)為手段的革命性的統(tǒng)一。恩格斯與馬克思的政治平等觀，盡管彼此有著不同的形成路徑，但是，追求無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)的政治平等和人類(lèi)的最終解放是其共同的政治目標(biāo)。在德國(guó)共產(chǎn)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)和國(guó)際工人運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展時(shí)期，馬克思政治平等觀做出了突出的政治貢獻(xiàn)，使工人政治斗爭(zhēng)能夠按照正確的方向展開(kāi)。馬克思政治平等觀也對(duì)當(dāng)代政治平等觀產(chǎn)生了重要影響，尤其是政治資源平等和政治參與平等兩個(gè)方面。馬克思認(rèn)為，資產(chǎn)階級(jí)正是憑借所掌握的物質(zhì)、思想和國(guó)家等資源，才使得無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)在階級(jí)力量對(duì)比中只能處于劣勢(shì)地位，成為被剝削的對(duì)象。因此，探討馬克思政治平等觀，有利于正確認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的政治平等，有利于指導(dǎo)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義政治平等建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Marx's political equality theory initiated Marxist political equality thought, together with Engels' equality thought, it guided the international workers' movement and had a great influence on the contemporary political equality view. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of socialist harmonious society. Marx's view of political equality, which is different from the previous theories of socialism and communism, regards the development of productive forces as the basic requirement and the equality of political rights as the core element, and has distinct historical and class characteristics. Marx's view of political equality, on the basis of criticizing the political equality under the private ownership of the means of production, regards the social possession of the means of production as the realistic basis for socialist political equality. The representative system and the universal election system are regarded as the democratic political principles of socialism, and the planned production and distribution are regarded as the important application of the political rights of the laborer. It is believed that political equality will eventually die out along with the state. Marx reflected Marx's political equality view through his theoretical criticism of non-Marxist political equality. A revolutionary unity based on the scientific nature of economic relations and political struggle. Although Engels and Marx had different approaches to political equality, The pursuit of political equality of the proletariat and the ultimate liberation of mankind are its common political goals. During the development period of the German communist movement and the international labor movement, Marx made outstanding political contributions to the concept of political equality. Marx's view of political equality has also had an important impact on contemporary political equality, especially in terms of equality of political resources and equality of political participation. It is the material, ideological and state resources at the disposal of the bourgeoisie that enable the proletariat to be at a disadvantage in the contrast of class power and become the object of exploitation. Therefore, to explore Marx's view of political equality, It helps to correctly understand the political equality of socialist countries and guide socialist countries to promote the construction of socialist political equality.
