【摘要】：考察不同所有制情境與并購情境下政治關(guān)聯(lián)對并購績效的影響,并論證不同維度的政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)并購績效的影響差異。分別從3個方面進(jìn)行分析:政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)并購的總體作用效果;政治關(guān)聯(lián)對國有企業(yè)和民營企業(yè)的并購績效產(chǎn)生的不同影響;政治關(guān)聯(lián)和多元化并購共同作用下對企業(yè)并購績效的影響。研究表明,政治關(guān)聯(lián)對企業(yè)的會計(jì)并購績效有負(fù)面作用;政治關(guān)聯(lián)對國有企業(yè)績效具有顯著的負(fù)面作用,而對民營企業(yè)效果不顯著;在多元化并購中,擁有政治關(guān)聯(lián)的公司并購績效要好于非政治關(guān)聯(lián)公司,這一正向作用對民營企業(yè)尤為明顯。
[Abstract]:The influence of political connection on M & A performance under different ownership situation and M & A situation is investigated. It also demonstrates the difference of the influence of different dimensions of political association on corporate M & A performance. It analyzes from three aspects: the overall effect of political association on corporate M & A; The influence of political association on M & A performance of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, and the influence of political association and diversified M & A on M & A performance. Political association has a negative effect on accounting M & A performance of enterprises; political association has significant negative effect on state-owned enterprise performance, but not on private enterprise; in diversified M & A, political association has significant negative effect on state-owned enterprise performance. The M & A performance of the company with political connection is better than that of the non-political affiliated company, this positive effect is especially obvious to the private enterprise.
